Demolition of "Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Madyamik Vidyalay" at Bhosari

Dismantling the existing "Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Madyamik Vidyalay" structures with RCC, Steel and Masonary as shown in Photographs by mechanical means, like Poklen equipment or equivalent and breaking manually brickwork wall by chiseling and hammering method on all floors, Dismantling all RCC, Steel frame work, flat or curved / sloped RCC slab of ground and upper floor including cutting the steel reinforcement bar, structural steel, removing the all floor up to the ground level, carting away all the debrises, serviceable and unserviceable materials out of "Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Madyamik Vidyalay" campus like doors, windows, ventilators, MS Railing, Collapsible Gate, Rolling shutter, AC sheet, steel reniforcement scrap, GI/CI pipes, structural steel, bricks, flooring, all electric wiring & fittings and fixitures etc. Levelling the ground, cleaning all complete as directed by EngChatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Madyamik Vidyalayineer-in-charge. The building has to be covered with hessian cloth from all around from top to bottom. All Security and Safety measures must be adopted by Demolision Contractor. Debrises are required to be taken out of the campus by obtaining required approval from PCMC authorities for dumping and gate passes will be iisued by Security department of PCMC including all taxes, transportation, leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Plinth Area of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Madyamik Vidyalay Building (G+2) structure= 4750 Sq.ft.
