Excavation in earth work in foundation and trenches in all kind and classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work and hard blasting work and saturated soil including chiseling or any other mixed verity of soil dewatering and/ or removal of slush and other incidentials, lift up to any height stacking the excavated soil upto any leads and lifts clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in any thickness of layers when required into plinth side of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layers by ramming watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as specified dumping place as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : Six sand : twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimeter) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement :six sand : twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortor 1:6 (one cement: six sand) as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . Providing and laying precast cement concrete hollow block masonry with cement concrete blocks of size 40cm x 19cm x20 cm (forty centimeter into nineteen centimeter into twentymillimeter) including quion block jamb blocks and closers etc. made of cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded/crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) laid with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) iincluding curing complete in super structure upto floor two level. as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(one cement: two sand: four graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter ) nominal size to obtain the minimum crushing strength of M-20 grade mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in string courses, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain windows sills and the like as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size to obtain the minimum crushing strength of M-20 grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete, excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in columns, pillars, posts and struts upto any floor level as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. 15mm (fifteen millimeters) Cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimeters) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortor 1:6 (one cement: six sand) as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete upto all floor level/height as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying one coat of Acrylic primer (Spectrum or equivalent of Superior quality) on new concrete/masonry/plastred surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matters, sand papering the surface smooth complete upto all floor level/height as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.
