Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.

Contractors should execute the work by procuring cement, steel, pipes and any other material/machineries of IS standard required for the work on their own and necessary test certificates should be produced and approval of the same to be obtained before use of the same.

The contractor have been registered as class-IV & Above Registration Certificate (up load registration certificate of original should be produced while opening the tender)

To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in his name should have work done certificate/Turnover of Rs. 3.43 Lakhs in any one of the last five years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26.(a) Eligible Tenderes will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity (AXNX2.5-B) where A Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years i.e. (2021-22 to 2025-26) Upload Audit Report by Chartered Accountant, showing payments received on civil contracts, to facilitate calculating tender capacity and original should be produced while opening the tender)

The contractor has to furnish Additional security deposit for unbalance tender as per clause 29.1 of ITT, to an amount equal to the amount difference in contract price and amount put to tender, in addition to 5% performance guarantee (in any of the form prescribed) while concluding the Agreement.

The Tenderer has to quote his rate by excluding GST. However Contract will be concluded for the amount (Exclusive of GST) but applicable GST will be paid extra prevailing at the time of execution. The Contractor is fully responsible for the Equipment / Material until the same is handed over to the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER in an operating condition after commissioning. The Contractor is responsible for the proper maintenance of equipment / material as well as protection of the same against theft, elements of nature, damages etc., while in his custody as well as after erection until the same is taken over by the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER under due acknowledgment in writing.

During the execution of work, if any minor minerals are required contractors have to abide by the Karnataka Minor Mineral Concession Rules 1994 (as amended up to date). As per the prevailing rules, for any use of Minor Minerals, the contractor has to submit the Mineral Dispatch Permit (MDP) obtained from Mines and Geology Department. If Mineral Dispatch Permit (MDP) is not submitted by the contractor along with the bill, the prevailing penalty and DMF contribution as per Karnataka Minor Mineral concession rules 1994 (as amended from time to time) will be deducted from contractors bills at the time of payment.

The tenderer shall also disclose if there are any bankruptcy proceedings against him.

Scanned signature of the bidder/ firm/ company authorized representative of the bidder/ firm/ company shall be attached while uploading bid document.

If any of the dates mentioned above happens to be a general holiday, the next working day holds good.

The tender processing charges paid by the bidder/ firm/ company are not refundable even if the tenders are cancelled.

Typographical errors if any will not be the ground for any claims by the contractor.

The intending bidder firm/ company are advised to visit the work site before submission of tenders.

The necessary certificates/ documents in support of eligibility criteria fulfilled as stipulated shall be scanned and attached to e-tender documents. The original certificate/ documents shall be produced for verification when demanded otherwise the tender will be treated as non-responsive bid and rejected.

Addendum /Corrigendum will be published in website for all modifications or corrections if any

The contractor should mention their recent correct postal address and mail address in declaration forms

Incomplete Tender documents will be rejected

All materials like steel, cement etc., required for the above work should be procured by contractor only. No departmental supply of any material shall be made by dept.

As per the Karnataka Building and other construction workers welfare Cess Act 1996, 1% of the bill amount will be deducted from the bills

The Agency should get the bore drilled by authorized riggers (having 7A Licence) and Certificate to be furnished during submission of the bill.

The agency should ensure that the Borewell has sufficient yield and the same to be checked by Temporary electrical arrangements and further works to be carried out.

If the borewell drilled is failed, it has to be reported to the concerned AEE and the agency should take steps for closing the drilled well with available soil and close it at own cost as per Govt order.

The contractor should locate water feasible points through qualified Geologist in the land of the beneficiary selected by the employer. The contractor should have full-fledged geologist with fast rig supporting vehicles and team of workers

Before drilling of borewells, the point should be once again got confirmed in the consultation with the Geologist.

Proper precautionary measures have to be taken for providing saftey measures to prevent any casualties with respect to failed borewell.

The bidder after installing the pump and motor in successful bore, he should make his own arrangement to test and run the motor and after that the department will take hand over from him.
