Material and labour for prepration of old decorated surface of walls applying one coat of colour wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for prepration of old decorated surface of walls applying one coat of cement wash with portland cement slurry to smooth bodied obaque finish of wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for one coats of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement plaster 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Material and labour for prepration of newly vertical surface of wall applying two coats of colour wash etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Raking out joints/ pointing to squared rubble masonry, coursed or uncourse and brought up to course work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L Keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble brought upto course CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removal & rubbish of premises exc 500 m but n exc 1.5 km complete all as specified

M & L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 one brick thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced)of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in sunken floor and removal & rubbish of premises exc 500 m but n exc 1.5 km complete all as specified

Material and labour for cement concrete type C1-1:3:6, (Using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping including necessasry form work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregates) in foundation, filling,mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

SuSupply and fix in repairs 600 mm dia razor blade galvanised barbed concertia coil having maxim weight of( + )or ( -) 5% of per coil of 2.6 mm dia wire streched to a length 5 to 6 mtr as in fencing to steel posts and another coil /MS nibs including fixing with special galvanised fastemers such as j,c,u, clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE:(After streching the coil ,the length of the compound wall on which it has been streched shall considered for measurement. )

Supply and fix in repairs 1050 mm dia razor blade galvanised barbed concertia coil having maxim weight of( + )or ( -) 5% of per coil of 2.6 mm dia wire streched to a length 5 to 6 mtr as in fencing to steel posts and another coil /MS nibs including fixing with special galvanised fastemers such as j,c,u, clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE:(After streching the coil ,the length of the compound wall on which it has been streched shall considered for measurement.)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description omplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Mild steel work as in Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed . Drilling holes ,notching for wire etc ,flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc).including all ncecssasry drilling, bolting, or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming including preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid in bedded and pointed in any mortar as in floor,aprons etc

M&L for 20 mm thk Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations
