Providing and Fixing steel-based Pre-Fabricated modular bio toilets (of Tata Easynest modular toilet or equivelent make ) having size 4 ft x 4 ft of height 6 ft to 7 ft. having provision of toilet sheet, washbasin, storage tank and electrical fittings all complete at site as per specifications and direction of Engineer in charge. a. Each wall of Pre-fabricated toilets shall be made of 40 mm thick Sandwich panels with 0.6 mm thick galvanized plain powder coated sheet. Roof of toilet shall be flat and made of made of 40 mm thick Sandwich panels with 0.6 mm thick galvanized plain powder coated sheet. The roofing shall be protruded at least 50 mm outside from the outer face of wall of toilet. b. Material: Sandwich panel with MS sheet. c. Min Size: 4 ft x 4 ft of height 6 ft to-7 ft. d. Toilet Pan & Flooring: EWC of Hindware/Parryware with anti-skid tiles of Kajaria/Johnson (or Equivalent make, if not available). e. Wash Basin- 01 No of Hindware / Parryware including fittings (or Equivalent make, if not available). f. Water storage tank- 1 nos. storage tank of 200 litres of Sintex or equivalent make with a tank frame with each Toilet unit. g. Bio-Digester tank of capacity 700 L -with required inoculum. h. Civil foundation (Note: - The item includes all material including wastage, fittings, accessories, sundries and T & P with packing & transportation charges etc. all complete required for installation & commissioning of Pre-Fabricated Bio Toilets. Nothing extra will be paid.)

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply and all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment).
