PROVISION OF CHAIN LINK FENCING AND CERTAIN B/R WORKS IN VARIOUS SUB STATION AT AFS AMLA

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of guage n.exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with Fly ash brick 75 kg/cmsq compressive strength. Modular size, is straight or curved on plan exc. 6 meter mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing of size 4" x 4" and dia of wire 4mm or any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, tightening complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates,rails braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other coverings, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete, Fe-410-W (Gde-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed .

Fixing only for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates,rails braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other coverings, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete, Fe-410-W (Gde-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel round bars 10mm and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips Fe-410-W (Gde. E-250) quality A or Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in soft/loose soil for post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or brocken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm for soft / loose soil and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50mtr and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide priming complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands plinth courses string courses, Lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm in height copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, keros not provided for in item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick; Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) 1:2:4 Type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in top layer of the floor, pavings etc., including finishing the surface by spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster, (10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5 mm thick in cm 1:4) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) Finishing layer mixed with water proofing compound @ 200ml per bag of cement or as manufacturer's instruction. (ii) WPC to be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid Water Proofing Compound.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali-resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel window with side hung shutters including box type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel window with side hung shutters including box type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay complete but without glazing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for steel ventilator with top hung shutters including hinges with steel peg stay complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane comlplete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, hold fast, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 11mm to 15mm dia of neck with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends and screwed other end or screed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5cm but exc 10 cm but n.exc 15 cm long. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cleaning of roof surfaces and applying a coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.30 lit per sqm over and including 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 mix with liquid water proofing admixture@200ml per bag of cement including laying of APP based polymeric membrane weighing not less than 3.00 kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt,not less than 150gms/sq. m) land on primed surface by tension application with 100mm over lap travers and 150mm over lap longitunal and finishing the top surface by applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 0.1kg/sqm on each coat including taking down old treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (a) Work shall be carried out through sepcialized applicator aproved by GE. contractor shall submit sufficient documents/credentials in support of applicator whom he wants the work executed. (b) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done torch on method as per manufacturers instructions. (c) Providing test of 72 hours shall be carried out by contractor to check any instances of leakage/seepage. the result of success full ponding test shall be certified by Engineer-in-Charge and immediately. No extra payment will be done for the same.

M&L for providing cement concrete 30 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding on roof slab to receive water proofing treatment laid to required slope, finshed even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. all as specified and direcetd.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m all as specified and direcetd.

M&L for welding in repair exc 2.5cm but n exc in length thickness of metal n exc 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding in repair in exc 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The amount against the Schedule of Credit mentioned in the tender document shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
