M&L for Granite 18-20mm (any pattern) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thickness of mortar including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from old plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion with 1 mm thick putty over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as per manufacturer's instruction all as specifed and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering in Cement Mortar ( 1:6) 15 mm thick on stone masonry or other than fair faces of brick work wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying with white putty of average thickness 1mm and making the surface to an even and smooth finish by rubbing with sand paper of different grade etc and applying two coats of Oil bound distermper over a coat of primer by approved applicator of the manufacturer of the paint and all as specified and as approved.

Material and labour for Factory made UPVC white colour sliding Windows with glazing all as per manufacturer's direction and following specifications :- (i) The profile for constr of UPVC window frame shall be uPVC material conforming to 10151 . (ii) The frame shall be made of extruded uPVC section having overall diamension of 65mmx 50mm having wall thikness 2mm ± 0.2mm. (iii) The corners of wall frame shall be joint by MS galavanised brackets ,joints,mittred and plastyic weleded. (iv) The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanised MS tube of wall thicknesss 1mm ± 0.1mm and the tie rod shall be provided at the bottom of thge frame. (v) The profiles should be sigle chamber system which shall provide high insulation properties. (vi) The window system should be glazed with 6mm thick plain glass fixed in window frame as per manufactures instruction. M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from old plastered surfaces of old plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of Asian paints Royale Shyne paint or Royale Luxury emulsion of Berger or Dulux Guardian or equivalent (approved colour) over a coat of deco prime primer over and including one coats of wall care putty with brush/roller, finished even and smooth complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by GE.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.. complete all as specifed and as directed..

Disconnect and taking down existing exhaust fan of size 250mm sweep or 300 mm sweep with louver and hand over to MES store yard for safe custody.

Fixing only exhaust fan PVC 250 mm sweep/metal 300 mm sweep and connecting up including cleaning and painting with white enamel paint one coat and provision of cable from ceiling rose/connector to fan complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for Refixing the serviceable Geyser in the same or different original position/location making the electrical connection, testing after installation complete all as specifed and as directed..
