SCHEDULE "A" :

Item No 1: M&L for Earthing complete including taking down of old one with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cms x 60cms x 6.0 mm thick as per IS 3043 of 1987 buried directly in to the ground ( earthpit not less than 2.25 m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts , nuts check nuts and washers of galnanised iron or steel using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead as shown in electric plate No-3 of SSR- Part-1 connected to earth strip all as specifed or indicated including testing on completion and necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1 :3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, pit, funnel, 20 mm dia meduim grade watering pipe, 40 mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, PCC cover 40 mm thick , wire copper lugs etc mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer complete.

Item No 2: Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11KV,UNEARTH system cross sectional area 3 core 95 sq mm laid in trenches or passing through pipe or fixed to wall /pole complete. Note - Excavation and Trenchless boring to be Paid separataly in resparective items.

Item No 3: Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable, foundation etc, and getting out in hard /dense soil all as directed.

Item No 4: Returning filling in including spreading, leveling Watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as directed.

Item No 5: Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

Item No 6: Supply and laying sand river for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before lying of cable and 15 cm after lying of cable (total 23 cm) in trenches complete all as specified & directed.(Note: Thickness after punning 18 mm shall be measured for payment ) all as specified and directed.

Item No 7: Supplying & laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV,Type 1 minimum average breaking load for unreinforced covers 300 kg, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm abetting Each other without gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over under cable for protection all as specified and directed. NOTE: Contractor has to submit test certificate for the same from Government Engineering College

Item No 8:Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade (earth) cable for outdoor termination , cold shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm all as specified and directed

Item No 9: M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed. Note - Rates including the forming for shape to PCC as required.

Item No 10:Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets with fair surface complete all as specified.Note - Rates including the forming for shape to PCC as required.

Item No 11: M & L for Erection in vertical position steel tubular sewage pole (ISI market) with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws etc, type 410-SP-55 (11 Mtr long) confirming to IS 2713 part 1 to 3) 1980 including two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally upto planting depth and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of alternate black and red strips, 30 cm high over one coat of red oxide primer upto 1.5m height from ground level/coping. The remaining portion shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary earthwork, PCC shall be measured and paid for separately..

Item No 12:S & F pin type porcelain vitreous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvinised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut , 150 mm height 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade all as specified and as directed.

Item No 13:Material and labour for expulsion / drop out / horn gap type fuse carrier assembly outdoor type 200Amps capacity above 25 Amps & upto 50Amps including insulator and fuse element conforming to IS specifications suitable for 11000 volts (HT) all as specified.

Item No 14:S & F Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S clamps, bolts, and nuts of approved size for HT 25x20 cm size all as directed.

Item No 15: M & L for cross arms. Bracings supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic paint all as directed.

Item No 16: M & L for Anti climbing devices; comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured all as directed.Note - MS Clamp for fixing if device to be measured separately in respective item.

Item No 17: M & L for galvinize iron strip 32x6mm burried in ground/Fixed to tubular pole for earthing beyond 7.5m complete all as specified and directed.Note - Rates to be indcluded Mounting insulator for strip down conductor fixed to pole.

Item No 18: S & F Lightning arrester suitable for 11 KV, expulsion type, confirming to IS- 3070 part-I of 1985 complete with all fittings transmission class, discharge capacity of 65 KA compplete all as specified and directed.

Item No 19: M& L for GI tubing medium grade of size 100 mm dia fixed on walls / laid in trenches as protection pipe for under ground cable including provisioning of specials and ms clamps etc complete all as speified and directed.

Item No 20:M& L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure not less than one meter below ground level complete.

Item No 21 : Supply and fix cable jointing kit straight through for 11 KV grade (earth) cable for outdoor termination , cold shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm .

Item No 22 : M & L for RCC cable route indicator of size 800 x 350 x 50 MM (Top of indicator in semicircle shape) dully marking by synthetic enamelled paint in Blue coulor for MES LT cable 1.1 KV and Brown colour of MES HT cable 11 KV and also mark MES, grouting in PCC making good complete all as directed.Note - Earth work and PCC work to be measured in respective items here- in- before.

Item No 23 :Supply and fix HT 11KV outdoor type Gang operated air break switch of rating upto 400 amps, vertical mounted fixed complete with 9 insulators including , operating rod of 25mm dia medium garde GI tubing of suitable length, operating handle with locking arrangement fixed to pole with suitable size of MS clamps to be operated from ground level, provn of insulated connected leads of connections with required accessories complete all as specified and directed

Item No 24 : Dismantling & taking pole/struts along with connected iron angle brackets etc. complete and removal from site and take to safe custody for sch of credit complete all as specified

Item No 25 : Dismantling & taking down ACSR/AAC conductor of any size from HT over head line and removing from site and take to safe custody for sch of credit complete.

Item No 26 : Dismantling & taking down shackle/pin insulators of any size and type complete and removal from site and take to safe custody for sch of credit complete.

Item No 27 : Dismantling & taking down cross arm, channel, angles, flat iron various size/shape incl nut, bolt and washers etc complete and removal from site and take to safe custody for sch of credit complete.

Item No 28 : Dismantling & taking down GI guard wire of any size from LT over head line and removing from site and take to safe custody for sch of credit complete.

Item No 29 : M&L for heavy duty DWC HDPE pipe of size 150 mm dia PN10 ISI Marked, 154984-1995 with all fitting and jointing materials to be fixed of poles/ laid in trenches as protection pipe for underground HT cable

Item No 30 : Excavation in trenched for additional 1.5m of part there of in depth beyond the first 1.5 m
