S & F hot rolled low tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated (profile) steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category C3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering, end rib designed as capillary barrier (capillary grove) fixed with self drilling screws of corrosion resistance class 3 as per AS 3566 Part-II and of suitable size and type as per AS 3566 Part-I as per manufacture's instructions and EPDM washers including end and side lap, necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc into primary parts.
M & L for preparation and application of elastomeric waterproofing coating on external wall surfaces with single component, acrylic based, UV resistant, micro fibre reinforced, flexible, heat reflecting cum temperature reducing waterproofing coating system in the followings sequences: - (a) Surface Preparation: (i) All dust, loose, friable and foreign materials and glaze or varnish of tiles shall be completely removed by mechanical means or by a wash with a jet of air / water. All voids, undulations, uneven surfaces shall be treated with mortar made out of ShaliSBR latex of M/s STP Limited or equivalent of M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, M/s Fosroc Constructive solutions and M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd mixed with water, cement and sand in the proportion as recommended by the manufacturer. (ii) Cracks upto 3 mm and over 3 mm shall be filled with PlastiSeal and PlastiSeal P, respectively of M/s STP Limited or equivalent of M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, M/s Fosroc Constructive solutions and M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd mixed after “V” cut. (iii) Any poor plaster shall be removed and new plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with ShaliPlast LW+ of M/s STP Limited or equivalent of M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, M/s Fosroc Constructive solutions and M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd shall be applied as recommended by the manufacturer. (b) Priming Coat: Primer coat shall be applied using ShaliPrime WB of M/s STP Limited or equivalent of M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, M/s Fosroc Constructive solutions and M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd mixed with water in 1:0.5 ratio and shall be applied @ 100 ml per sqm and shall be allowed to be dried for 3 to 4 hours. (c) Final Treatment: The first coat of ShaliCryl® 215 of M/s STP Limited or equivalent of M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, M/s Fosroc Constructive solutions and M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd diluted with 10% of potable water shall be applied @ 160 ml per sqm and shall be allowed to be dried for 6 to 8 hours. The second coat of ShaliCryl® 215 of M/s STP Limited or equivalent of M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, M/s Fosroc Constructive solutions and M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd without dilution shall be applied @ 140 ml per sqm and shall be allowed to be dried for 72 hours. The final coat of ShaliCryl TC 100 ES of M/s STP Limited or equivalent of M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, M/s Fosroc Constructive solutions and M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd shall be applied @ 120 ml per sqm.
M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.
Providing and fixing inter locking metal grid (snap grid for false ceiling) of size 605 mm x 605 mm in true horizontal level, hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams/sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24 mm X 38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre and cross “T” of size 24 mm X 28 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200 mm x 600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24 mm X 28 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200 mm X 600 mm panel to form grids of 600 mm X 600 mm and wall angle of size 24 mm X 24 mm X 0.4 mm. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 mm X 37 mm X 25 mm X 1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 mm X 30 mm X 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M & L for 6 mm thick plain fibre cement flat sheets type B, any category as per IS 14862: 2000 (non-asbestos) building boards, fixed to timber/GI /Aluminium framework with screw in ceilings flat or sloping complete all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated plastered/gypsum ceiling surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.
Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.
Preparation of old steel surface of any description not exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coata of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Dismantling of wall/ ceiling boards(fibre pulp insulation etc.) or insulations boards /slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets of any description including all snap grids and hanging arrangements complete all as specified. Note: - The rate quoted by the contractor shall be included the cost of making good and functional of any electrical parts to be damaged during dismantling works.
