Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exceeding 20mm & dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling Jodhpur type brought up to courses complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for keyed pointing to squared rubble, coursed or uncoursed walling in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizintal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for RCC M-25 as foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, rectangular or polygonal surfaces of concrete , surface is required to be fair finished complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for RCC M-25 for Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M & L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, soffits of lintel beams/ bands, chajjas, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports overhangs etc, also splays between floors and beams, etc., flat surfaces of concrete ,surface is required to be fair finished complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for RCC M-25 for Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttressescomplete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for RCC M-25 for Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like etc. complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F for Mild steel work post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Note :- each line wire to be measured

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not othervise provided for complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for new framed work as in doors or gates of angle Fe-410 W ( Gde-E-165) quality B or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar workconforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface over 10cm width or grith & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 200mm Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM using granite, trap or basalt, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for forming 12mm thick Expansion joints for 200mm Thick slab filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing com?pound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone agg) as in kerbs/benching, coping, apex stone including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
