Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the debris complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in sub base to the tile flooring all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dark shade vitrified ceramic tiles 9 to10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No. 04 here-in-before but in vertical surfaces as in skirting/dado laid over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 as in backing coat to the tiles. Note : Height of skirting shall be 100mm.

Material and labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7mm to 8mm thick and area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 x 450mm, 7 to 8 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in Cement Mortar 1:4 as in backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as in treads of steps laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing and moulding on edges of steps complete all as specified and directed. Note : Kota Stone used for treads of steps shall be used in single piece.

Materials and labour for repairs to sunken floor slab with the following specification:- (a) Demolition of PCC and taking out old brick bat filling and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor and wall by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc. (b) Filling with averaging 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone agregate as in sunken floor, with proper slope towards GI spout. (c) Providing 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement over bottom and vertical surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. (d) Damp proof course on horizontal surfaces with preparation and applying one coat of self priming (33% dilution) and two coats of undiluted material with @ 10.67 litres per 10 sqm damp proof of approved make for water proofing and damp proof course and on vertical surfaces preparation of surfaces and applying one coat of self priming (33% dilution) and one coat of undiluted material with @ 4.85 litre per 10 sqm damp proof for water proofing . (e) Brick bats filling under sunken floor. (f) PCC 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick, over brick bats filling as in subbase to receive tiles. Notes : (i) Water proofing compound to be mixed in plaster shall be measured and paid under relevnt item. (ii) For payment purpose, floor area only shall be measured.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, laid in bays, bay area not exceeding 2sqm each, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary formwork and filling the joints with mastic filling comprising 1 part of heated bitumen and 3 parts of sand (all by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old wall surfaces by vacuum based sanding machine, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and greasy spots, removing nails etc., and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint of approved colour over a coat of exterior water based wall primer with and including provision of scaffolding required for the treatment to external surfaces of building with required safety measures etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixed in repairs 300 mm long, mild steel ordinary rat rail springs including roller and roller plate complete all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully existing bitumen tarfelt, plaster or concrete bedding upto the RCC slab of any description over the surfaces of roof, terraces including flashings and junctions of parapets/curb walls etc including removing off the rubbish materials to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg per sqm on prepared surfaces for water proofing treatment with brushes all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 5 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer on RCC roof top surface in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement finished the surfaces fair and even for laying of water profing membrane complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid serately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked.

Material and labour for cleaning the new screed bed surfaces thoroughly with wire brushes and providing water proofing treatment all as specified here in after : (a) Bituminous primer @ 0.30 liter per sqm conforming to IS 3384-1986 (b) Applying evenly one tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces. (c) Polymeric water proofing membrane, 3 mm thick reinforce with polyster non wooven fabric weight 3.5 Kg per square metre laid over roof surface with 100 mm over lap traverse direction and 75 mm at longitudinal direction and including vertical surface upto required height and tucking into grooves and sealing complete with thermofusion laid by torch application method all as specified in application manual of the company.
