SERVICING, OVERHAULING & TESTING OF OLTC OF CTR MAKE OF 25 MVA TRANSFORMER AS MENTIONED BELOW:-

Servicing, Overhauling & Testing of On Load Tap Changer (OLTC) of 25 MVA Transformer as per details below: OLTC Make: CTR Type: GQ-16 The broad scope of the Servicing, Overhauling & Testing job includes, but is not limited to following: 1. Visual Inspection of OLTC 2. Disassembly of OLTC after draining oil thorough checking 3. Removal of top cover and internal inspection of PTR 4. Cleaning of all fixed & moving contacts 5. Removal of dust particles 6. Servicing of Mechanical Assembly 7. Lubrication to all moving parts 8. Checking of wiring for electrical circuitry, 9. Replacement of spares 10. Testing & Pre-commissioning check on the transformer as per IS: 2026 11. Re-assembly & Re-commissioning The Job is required to be carried out as per relevant standards and manufacturer’s maintenance manual and as advised by HBL Engineer.

Servicing, Repair and Maintenance of Transformers as per scope of work mentioned below: Details of Transformers: 1. 25 MVA TRANSFORMER : MAKE – VOLTAMP, MAIN INCOMER 2. 2.5 MVA TRANSFORMER : MAKE - VOLTAMP, ETHANOL PLANT 3. 2.5 MVA TRANSFORMER : MAKE – DELTA, BOILING HOUSE Broad scope of work shall include: The scope of work includes comprehensive repair and maintenance of transformers, including complete replacement of gaskets and essential servicing activities. Key tasks include pre-servicing inspections, oil draining and replacement, cleaning, tightening of electrical & mechanical connections, replacement of gaskets and hardware, and servicing of bushings, valves, and protective devices. Post-servicing tests such as IR, TTR, TTR Test, IR Test, winding resistance, and functional checks of protection systems will be carried out. The contractor is required to arrange the required spares such as gaskets, washers, consumables etc. at their own cost and submitting detailed test reports and completion certificates.
