Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, all as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with on fair surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously undercoated surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of primer on wall all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old surface of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old surfaces of wall & applying one coat of cement base paint of approved shade/tint complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of walls including cornices, pilasters etc including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying two coat of oil emulison distemper (OBD) complete all as specified & as directed.
