Excavation in hard rock of all toughness by blasting including boulders above 0.6 m dia.(0.113Cum) minimizing damage to side slopes of excavation in water prism area by adopting any one or combination of line drilling /pre-splitting /smooth blasting techniques and placing the excavated rock neatly in approved dump area including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, leveling bed etc., complete with lead up to 15 m and lift upto 6.00m.

Providing 1.50m depth Drilling grout holes of 50 mm.dia. and fixing anchoring bars of 25mm dia. of 2.00m in length in foundation etc. comp.

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-15 of trap / granite / gneiss / quartzite / graded metal for PCC with or without surface reinforcement/ RCC concreting requiring heavy or special type of shuttering for works of gallery, sluice, spillway crest, spillway downstream face, energy dissipating structures, intake structures, training walls, piers, abutments etc. with Concrete Mixer with shuttering and scaffolding, placing, compacting, curing with an initial lead of 50 m. & lift of 1.5 m.

Provding & laying in position M.S. reinforcement of various dia. Incl. cleaning cutting, cutting, bending, hooking, binding with binding wire etc. comp. (TMT bars 12mm)

Providing structural steel work in single stanchions composed of R.S.J. Channel etc.with caps,bases,mild stee lplated,angle brackets, cleats, gusset plates, anchor bolts etc. as per detailed designs and drawings or as directed including cutting, fabrication,hoisting,erecting fixing in position,making riveted/ bolted/welded connection and one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it two.coats of oil painting approved quality and shade etc. complete.

Manufacturing and fixing with QAP & fabrication of KT weir needle gates - straight type size 2.15 x 0.5M- 94 Kg. weight as per relevant Indian Standards with all material, Mild steel confirming to IS 2062, Rubber seal confirming to IS 4623 & Welding electrodes AWS E6013 for general weld joints. It includes all materials, Labour charges, machinery charges, 1km lead charges of transportation, loading and unloading charges of Gate parts at Site, Inspection & Quality control charges, Sand blasting, Painting with one coat of Zinc rich primer on dry film to give total dry film thickness 70 +/- 5 microns and 2 coats of sloventless coal tar epoxy paint applied to give minimum dry film thickness of 150+/- 5 micron per coat as per IS 14177.

Dewatering during excavation & concreting period by using oil engine of 5.00 H.P. incl. cost of fuel etc. comp.

Providing and Laying of Quarry Spalls of approved trap stone quality of specified thickness including hand packing etc. complete as per specifications & approved drawing as directed with lead of 50m and Lift of 1.5m etc. complete. A) From borrow area

Providing & fixing name board of size 90x60cm prepared on 16guage M.S. sheet with angle iron frame of size 25x25x3mm incl. painting with one coat of zinc cremite stoving primer and two coats of Green white back ground and back side grey stove enamelled, bounded with red Retro Reflective sheet Engineering grade border/Letter/Numrals/ Arrows coated with non peelable crystal clear peotective cost retaining 100% reflection inc. two angles iron post of size 50x50x5 mm of 3.65mtrs. long inflated at bottom drilled on topn and painted in white and back nbands of 25cm. With 4 nos. high strength G.I. bolts and nuts of size 10mmDia. and 20mm. Long sheet and ngle iron posta in one place without joint incl. fixing in ground with c.c. 1:4:8 block of size 60cmx60cmx75cm as directed. wording as directed incl providing & fixing m.s. sheet of 16 B.W.G. provided on m.s. angle of 50x50x6 m.m. with m.s. flat braces of 25x6 m.m.incl. applying anticorrosive paint , lettering with wording as directed etc. complete.
