REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF COOLING APPLIANCES AND ITS ALLIED WORKS AT ZAKHAMA AND CHAKABAMA MIL STN UNDER AGE (I) ZAKHAMA

Taking down unserviceable Air-Conditioner split Type of any capacity and make from its existing location by disconnecting electrical lines for maintenance/servicing/ overhauling and dismantling the same for repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts, cleaning , taking out sludge from inner parts and washing wih cleaning solution and reassembling and refixing the same in its original location /position , connecting all electrical connection and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : (a) New parts shall be measured and paid separately under "Supply only" rates here-in-after. (b) Minor Part if any , not mentioned in the schedule but required for smooth functionng of split type AC are deemed to be included in the unit rate of the item.

Supply only hermetically/rotary type sealed compressor suitable for 2.0/1.5 TR split type Air conditioner,complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Compressor oil for initial charging will be measured and paid separately

Supply only starting capacitor, paper impregnated of capacity 80/100 mfd AC 240 volts (for 1.5 Ton AC), complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only running capacitor, paper impregnated di-electric type of capacity 36-45 mfd AC 240 volt, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only thermostat switch to match with the existing Air conditioner of capacity 2.0/1.5 Ton AC, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only over load protector AC 230 volt single phase for 2.0/1.5TR AC (Make : Ranutrol/Sriram), complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and charging of compressor oil Make: Freezol/bajaj (Capila-D), complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PCB (electronic control circuit board) of split type AC 2.0/1.5 TR capacity of (make:- carrier/voltas), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out worn-out suction/discharge copper tube for Air-Conditioner and supply and fixing of new copper tube of appropriate quality and size to match in existing including jointing, brazing and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge suitable for split type ACs of 2.0/1.5 TR capacity, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable fan motor from the Air conditioner of 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity and re-winding of fan motor with existing gauge of super enameled copper conductor to match with the existing design including heat varnishing, overhauling, testing and re-fixing complete all as specified and as directed.
