Replacing of 33 KV Damaged Cable of 33 KV Line BIDVI SARSAWA Saharanpur

1. Supply of following material Cable rout marker

Outdoor type cable jointing kit for 33 kv XLPE cable

G.I pipe 150mm dia 3 mtr long .

Laying of HDPE 80 PN 150mm Pipe

2. Safe carriage of with loading & unloading at both ends respectively. (under jurisdiction of PVVNL) 33KV, 3×300mm² XLPE Cable

3. H.T. Power Cable Laying : i) Digging of trench of size 900x1050 mm for laying of 33KV cable including loops.

ii) Safely laying of 33KV 3x300mmsq XLPE cable in cable trench by laying 2 No. Cables in each trench. (single circuit laying)

iii) Safe laying of 33KV XLPE cable in Air on D/P / F/P.

iv) Laying of Ist class bricks along the length on both sides and stone slab 650x450x40 as a top cover over the XLPE cable in trench. (Single circuit laying) (as per RESPO Norms)

v) Filling river sand in side beneath & around cable in the trench.

vi) Back filling of excavated earth in the cable trench up to the ground level and remming properly.

vii) safely laying of HDPE 80 PN 150mm Pipe by trienchless methode in double layer tunnel under railway track for laying 33 KV XLPE cable

viii) Safely laying of 01 Nos. 33 KV, 3×300 mm² XLPE cable in HDPE 80 PN 150mm with minimum gap of 450mm between both cables from one Double Pole to other side of Double Pole.

Making of 33KV outdoor type Heat shrink XLPE Cable Box of size 3x185mmsq and crimping of proper size Aluminium lugs. Work includes providing insulating tapes etc.

Fixing 150mm dia 3 mtr long G.I pipe over 33KV 3x300 mm2 XLPE cable before mounting the cable on double pole structure. This work includes supply & fixing of clamps, Nut bolt, sealing of top and bottom of pipe and one end of pipe is to be buried under earth about 500mm including laying of cable in Pipe.
