Taking down wooden chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) of size not exceeding 1.50 Square metre each including cutting holes in brick walls of appropriate size for insertion of cement concrete blocks for hold fasts complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item above herein before but size exceeding 1.5 Square metre and not exceeding 4 Square metre each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement (Openable) window made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm ( + – 0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame (60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 73mm), T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm), Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware.EPDM gasket 1.2 +– 0.2mm thick, galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), sash (31mm x 27.5mm). T profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in required profile,frame will be fixed to the wall with 8 mm x 100mm long fasteners. Hardware: [casement handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), But Hinges of'zinc alloyed (white powder coated), transmission gear made of mild steel with multi point locking system] and 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass Note: i) The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net opening will be measured for payment purpose. ii). Area exceeding 1.00 sqm but not exceeding 2.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Sheet glass 4.8mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane for windows complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix dual-layer Zebra Roller Blinds (Day and Night blinds) for windows comprising 100% UV-resistant polyester fabric (minimum 180 GSM) with alternating sheer and opaque horizontal stripes including a heavy-duty extruded powder-coated aluminium headrail/fascia, a minimum 38mm diameter aluminium grooved roller tube, a matching bottom weight/rail, and heavy-duty mounting brackets suitable to operate using a continuous manual stainless steel beaded chain control mechanism for smooth lifting and light adjustment and fixed with all necessary hardware, screws, fasteners etc., complete in all respects as per the manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of scaffolding (if required), at all heights and levels

Supply and Fix 12mm thick clear toughened glass with double leaf glass door H polish , single connector aqnd door lock , over panel badge, holes cutout , silicon (H shape 600x32) mm handle godrej floor spring and other patch work in main entrance of building including frame alongwith transportation charges complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube complete all as specified in clause 8B.3.1 and shown on page 150 of MES Schedule Part-II (2010) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, supply and fixing in the frame at site as per clause 8 B.2.1 of MES schedule Part-II (2004) complete all as specified. Make: Rajshri or equivalent as approved complete all as specified and directed.
