Boiler No.1 Dismantling and removed of old refractory material & reparing with new refractory which includes : Side wall & Front Wall, all headers, Top, Roofs and Door repair and other door repair and other repair work if any.

Boiler No. 2 Dismantling and removed of old refractory material & repairing with new refractory which includes :- Repair of Roof, doors, wall & front wall. All headers repair and other repair work if any.

Repair, maintenance & overhauling of both the boilers Scope of work 1. Complete repair of boiler Auxiliaries which includes ID Fans, FD Fans, PA Fans, MDC's, Feed water tank, Desecrator Tank and soot blowers. Work includes:- a) Cleaning of Feed water & Deprecator tanks and painting of tanks along with checking of all the pipe lines, valves and manholes and connecting transfer pumps. b) Checking of ID Fans, FD Fans and PA Fans which includes repair of vanes of Fans, Pedestal bearings and coupling. Also connecting Ducting with dampers to be repaired along with expansion joints. Alignment of motors to be done also. c) Thorough checking and repair of nozzles, Cones of MDC's of both the boilers along with their cooling arrangements, gear boxes and drives. d) Thorough repair of Soot blowers which includes cleaning of steam pipe lines, driving system etc along with motors to be made fully operational. 2. Complete repair of Boilers Fittings & Mountings which includes all water level gauges, Pressure gauges, Safety valves, Feed control valves, Spray control valves and all the valves of Boilers. Work include:- a) Opening of steam drums of both the boilers which includes taking out the fittings. Fittings are to be repaired outside along with stainers. They are to be painted and refitted in the steam drums after cleaning and painting of steam drums. b) Steam drums water level gauges along with all the valves and drains are to be thoroughly repaired and refitted at their positions. c) Cleaning of mud drums along with its headers which includes cutting of blinds of headers for cleaning purposes. Blinds are to be rewelded after cleaning. All the connecting blow down pipe line and valves are to be checked and repaired. d) Feed water line & spray control valves along with its valves and drains are to be checked and repaired. e) Stop valves, Safety valves of super heated and steam drums are to thoroughly checked and repaired along with replacement copper joints and H.P. steam joint. 3. Hydraulic testing for both the boilers.
