SH-I - SITC of Tyre Killer

Replacement of exisitng TYRE KILLER, i/c Dismantling , Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of crash rated Electro Hydraulic Tyre Killer suitable to work on Three/Single phase 400/230 volts 50 Hz AC supply consisting of Tyre Killer operating on Hydraulic power system, PLC based, control panel & logic circuit i/c earthing & civil foundation etc..complete as required, comprising of following items and features as per enclosed technical specifications. (i) Below ground assembly containing solid blocking tempered steel spikes at an angle of 60 deg, gap between spikes - 200mm (ii) Height - Minimum 450 mm (iii) Width - 6.0 Mtr. (iv) Tyre Killer - Design capable to destroy tyres/damage axles & suspension of motor vehicles (v) Operation time - 2 to 3 sec. (vi) Frequency of operation - 200 full cycles/hr. (vii) Power off operation - Accumalator sized to allow 3 full cycle operations. (viii) Manual Operations - Time taken to operate & number of strokes to raise & lower the spikes shall be as specified. (ix) Axle load bearing capacity - 20 tonne of moving vehicle. (x) Safety interlock detector. (xi) Stop/go traffic lights. RED/GREEN 20 cm daimeter. (xii) Sump pump - Self priming drain pump. (xiii) Operating temp range -20 to +60 deg C and capable of meeting the rain fall and snow fall requirement at various sites.

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet, steel, MCB distribution board, 415 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing of 63A, four pole, 415 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 40A, four pole, 415 volts, MCB in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing ,MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

SH-II - AMC After TWO Years of DLP.

All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contrcat after completion of two years Defect Liability Period for the above set of 01 No. tyre Killer including periodical, preventive, breack downs as and when required on 24 hrs basis (on all including holidays) and including all neccessary spares and consumption to keep the whole Tyre Killer System in perfect working condition etc. complete as required.
