Comprehensive maintenance of installed lift in reliable, safe and efficient operation condition through MOU with OEM by regularly examining, lubricating and ajusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner for lifts with electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device installed complete all as specified and directed for 01 Nos lift at New SRE Building, Pocket-I, Ground + five floor lift (Total six landings) of 08 passengers capacity. Make: Johnson (Ser No LE-6686) Note for item No. 1 & 2 :- (i) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining, adjusting and lubricating as required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift. The cost of all minor spare parts like contriller relay, main fuses, door coupler roller, door roller, V roller, U roller, hook assembly, car shoe liner, push button, safety contact, contact bridge, door rope, landing operating plate, PCBs, all type of switches, including healthy ARD/UPS system and maintenance such as repairing of motor, servicing/de-calibration of VFD, connecting and complete labour required for smooth functioning of lifts. These aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) The contractor shall attend major breakdown of lift/non functioning of lifts immediately on information received from the department. The cost of same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates qouted by the contractor. (iii) Major spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately. (iv) The contractor to note that monthly services will not be paid for the building under going special repairs/unoccupied buildings and no penalty shall be imposed upon contractor or all as directed. (v) Contractor will prominently display his contact/mobile number inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency. (vi) All existing earthings of the lifts shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (vii) The repair work shall be carried out through OEM/Accredited agencies/Registered MES contractors or other enlisted contractors in appropriate category of CPWD/Railways/Govt Agencies. MoU duly signed with the OEM or above agencies shall be furnished by the contractor. Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the agreement will be submitted to Engr-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (ix) A calender month comprises of 30 days.

S&F in replacement MCCB 20 Amps 4 pole 415 Volts breaking capacity 16 KA with adjustable thermal and magnatic verticle type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB TPN 32 Amps breaking capacity 10 KA "C" curve type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB SPN 6 Amps breaking capacity 10 KA "C" curve type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB SP 2 Amps breaking capacity 10 KA "C" curve type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Cabin/Floor Control switch Board suitable for above mentioned lifts.
