DEPELOPMENT AND CLEANING WORK OF THE ANCIENT BAWADI, DHABAI JI KA KUND, IN ANAND COLONY, WARD NO. 135, HAWAMAHAL-AMER ZONE AREA

(4.10.1.1) Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level.In all types soils/ saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc.Depth upto 1.5 m

(4.13) Earth filling with available surplus soil excavated from foundations and taken only from outside of building plinth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer including ramming and watering and consolidation with lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

(22.1.1) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

(22.1.2) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

(23.1.2) Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

(23.2.2) 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

(23.19.6) Reinforcement for R.C.C. work at all levels including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

(25.1.1) Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

(25.2) Extra for random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto two stories.

(19.104.4) Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible dewatering pump set conforming to relevant IS codes and as per scope of work and Technical Specifications, with water proof winding. Pump shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel shaft, impeller, pump and motor body. Motor suitable for working on 415 V ± 10%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz A.C. Supply, with cable guard. The pump set shall be suitable for direct coupling, with suitable suction strainer etc. complete in all respect as per specification, scope of work and direction of Engineer in-charge of following power rating, suitable for prescribed duty conditions mentioned in TD.3.7 KW (5.0 HP )

(24.5.1) Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto two stories in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

(32.3.3) Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand)

(32.15) Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

(32.35.1) Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).

() Stone slab roofing on ground floor with fine grained stone slab 90mm average thickness from approved quarry including filling of joints slab in cement sand mortar 1:4 with ceiling pointing in cement sand mortar 1 : 3 complete as per specification for span:Above 2.00 metre and up to 2.50 metre

(29.26.2) Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

(35.22.5) Cleaning and removal of earth, silt, sludge, kankar, boulder, building material and garbage in existing nallah/drains including construction of bypass arrangement to bypass water with 1.5m lift from ground level and lead upto 50 m including foul & saturated condition where pumping out or bailing out of water is required, including shoring, shuttering where required and dewatering. Making access for disposal and dressing disposal side as per the directed of the Engineer.For depth above 6.00 m and upto 7.50 m

(21.1.2) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

(21.1.6) 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 fine/ coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).
