Chipping, removing carefully loose/damaged concrete including plastering (total thickness exceeding 40mm but not exceeding 60mm ) from surfaces of RCC members, in any location by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and disposal of debris out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1) Hard concrete shall not be removed by force

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of approved make on rebars with time interval of 1 hour between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for carry out application of ‘Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor'of approved make on RCC surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for casting & repairing of excessively damaged distressed RCC members (exceeding 60mm in thickness) with prebatched, prepacked,single component ready to use microconcrete of appoved make, at any level/height and at any lead or lift as directed including prefabricated water tight formwork, centering, scaffolding, also including mixing, laying, levelling, finishing, curing etc as per manufacturers specifications and all other relevant works, complete all as specified and directed. Moistening the cracks , providing and applying priming/bonding coat of slurry made out of "Polvalk EP" and cement ( or equivalent as specified in the list of brand names) in proportion 1:1 to surfaces prepared as instructed and directed.Filling the cracks /grooves by providing and applying "Polvalk EP" polymer modified cement mortar (or equivalent as specified in the list of brand names ) in proportion of 1:5:15( Polyalk EP:Cement:Graded sand/quartz sand) on the prepared surfaces and finishing it in level with the existing plaster including hand packing, curing and making the surface similar to external plastering using wooden floats/ punch etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Drilling holes of required size upto 16mm diameter and 50mm depth in concrete and cleaning the same complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing and fixing 12mm diameter aluminium/ PVC injection nipples and securing the same as directed & providing and injecting cementitious grout using CEBEX 112 additive of Fosroc at the rate of 225 grams per bag of cement and using suitable mechanical gun/ pump including mixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing, cutting, bending and fixing Additional Reinforcement in position steel reinforcement of specified/required sizes and shapes in the form or main rebars, stirrups & rings, distribution rebars etc., and tying them to shear connectors using GI binding wire. The additional rebars should be coated with TWO coats of Anti Corrosive protective coating & dry sand to be sprinkled on second coat including tying with Annealed Binding wires, providing cover blocks of appropriate sizes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Glass Fiber Wrapping System:.Providing & laying applying Glass Fiber sheet wrap at structural members including.Surface Preparation: Grinding / moulding concrete substrate, cleaning it with wire brush, removing oil, laitance if present, rounding sharp edges to min 25 mm radius etc., complete.Profiling: Applying PRIMER on prepared substrate, filling holes and uneven surface with PUTTY etc., complete.Wrapping: Wrapping the Glass fibre wrap to structural element at desired orientation using tamping roller to avoid any air voids etc., Repeat the same procedure for multiple layer with interval of 8 hours.Sand Pasting: Applying saturant, rectify air voids if any, paste the river sand on it to make surface rough to take any further finishes.(Mode of Measurement: Per Sq.Mt of Fiber consume and not application of surface area.)

Carefully Chiseling/ Chipping out existing cracked /damaged IPS and Providing I.P.S. Finish over Chajja Tops & OH/WT etc laying Brick bats/ Metal pieces to the desired thickness and slope finished with cement mortar plaster of specified and required thk. in CM (1:4), with neat cement slurry including waterproofing compound, curing etc including making junction wattas etc complete as specified and directed.

Taking down loose material by chiselling, chipping from beam , stair, column, railing, pardi walls, ceilling etc cleaning the surfaces and applying pressure guniting in CM 1:3, 30mm thick including use and waste form work and providing welded wire mesh size 100 x 100 mm of GI wire 3, finishing the guniting surfaces in cement mortar 1:3, and rendering10mm with water proofing compound 2% by weight of cement and finishing even and fair / smooth as reqd without using extra cement to match the existing all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of and colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ chajjas (one side half circle crank ), fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161-1979 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel work of Angles, bars, flats etc., as in supports for stiffening of fencing, wall ties, mild steel frame work for bird proofing fixing of XPM jalli, (Beam, Angle, Channel, Plates or flat section etc), distance pieces, cleats, bracing, etc, of grade E-250, Fe-410W, quality 'B' including welding, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for post construction anti- termite traetment along the external wall below concreate or masonary apron using chemical emulsion @2.25 liters per linear meter including drilling and plugging holes etc in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for post construction anti- termite of soil / concreate under existing floor using chemical emulsion @ 1 liters per hole 300 mm apart including drilling and plugging 12 mm dia holes with cement morter 1:2 to match the existing floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for post construction anti - termite treatment at points of contract of wood work using chemical emulision (in oil or kerosin based solution ) @ 0.5 liters per holy by drilling 6 mm dia holes at a down ward angles of 45 degree at 150 mm centere to center and sealing the same with white cement and making good to the existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for special treatment for sunken portion of WCs/ Bath & toilet executed in following stages:- Stage 1 :- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc including removing debris outside MD land etc Complete. Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical of approved make in the proportion/quantity all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 3:- Apply of approved make (and allow to dry for 8 hours) all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 4:- Apply two coats of water proofing elastomeric coating system of approved make with DFT 100 Micron or shalicry 215 of STP (The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 5:- Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with Integral water proofing chemical of approved make all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 6. All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and plaster of approved make all as per Manufacture's instruction. Stage 7:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 40mm dia medium grade GI spout for draining the surplus water if any Stage 8:- Carry out ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion.water tightness of repaired sunken portion and filling of sunken portion for cement concrete Type E2 1:5:10 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in lean concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Only plan area shall be measured and accorded for payment under this item. (b) Depth of sunken portion of WC's/Baths shall be upto 35cm, which is to be taken into account while quoting the rate against this item. (c) Rate quoted by Contractor shall be deemed to be included for all the horizontal and verticale treated surfaces of sunken portions of WC & Bath.

M&L for machine cut and machine polished green marble 18 to 20 mm thick on horizontal or vertical surfaces as in cooking platform , pre polished kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting, window cills,dado and pillar in single piece, laid over cement mortar backing coat jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and including over 10 mm thick Rendering in CM1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable point wiring of any type & pattern (Light/Fan/Socket or power) including unserviceable fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings of any type etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ roof etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down complete main switches/DBs with enclosure and its components of any size and capacity ,etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concealed point wiring complete with proper colour coding using, 1100 Volts grade, 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated FRLS, unsheathed wire with multi stranded copper conductor confirming to IS-694, Part II, ISI marked drawn in and including PVC conduit (minimum 20mm dia) concealed in wall etc (also including cutting chiseling in wall and making good the same in CM 1:3 to match with the adjoining surfaces) with all accessories, fittings, PVC junction boxes etc, also including 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, FRLS, unsheathed, 1100 Volts multistranded copper conductor green colour as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly all as specified and directed for one light point /fan/bell point controlled by one one way switch, complete all as specified and directed.
