Outsourcing of services for operation of lifts and carrying out regular servicing for up keeping of the passenger lift in serviceable condition in all respects,checking of levels, thorough checking of lift,keeping the machinery/equipment dust free including ARD unit, greasing/oiling of movig parts,leak testing etc complete all as directed by the engr-in-charge at the following locations and below mentioned shifts:- (a) Bldg No. E/26 - DRDO Township(Make of lift: Bharat Bijlee) (b) Bldg No. E/27 - DRDO Township(Make of lift: Bharat Bijlee) (c) Bldg No. E/28 - DRDO Township(Make of lift: Bharat Bijlee) (d) Bldg No. E/29 - DRDO Township(Make of lift: OMEGA) (e) Bldg No. E/30 - DRDO Township(Make of lift: OMEGA) (f) Bldg No. E/31 - DRDO Township(Make of lift: OMEGA) (g) Bldg No. E/32 - DRDO Township(Make of lift: OMEGA) (h) Bldg No. E/33 - DRDO Township(Make of lift:OMEGA) (i) Bldg No. E/34 - DRDO Township(Make of lift: OMEGA)

First Shift - 04 lift Operators (Timings : 0800hrs to 1600 hrs)

Second Shift - 04 lift Operators (Timings : 1600hrs to 2400 hrs)

Third Shift-01 lift Operator (Timings : 2400hrs to 0800 hrs)

Note for srl item No. 1.0 to 1.03: (i) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the working cost at the above different locations including saturdays, sundays and holidays. (ii) Technician/ employees/ operator employed by the contractor who are working for six days continuously should be given one day off. (iii) The shift timings may be varied as per directions of Engr-in-charge as per requirement. (iv) Each shift shall be of 8hrs duration.

Outsourcing of services for operation of goods lift for one shift of 8 hours i.e., 0830 hrs to 1630 hrs( one operator) for building as mentioned below at DLRL area (on all working days excluding Saturdays,Sundays & Holidays) i) Ganga Bldg - lift of 2.0 ton capacity at DLRL area, Make of lift : UT LIMITED. ii) Kaveri bldg- lift of 2.0 ton capacity at DLRL area, Make of lift : UT LIMITED.

All as per srl item No.2 here-in-before for the following bldgs. i) Krishna building - lift of 1.0 Ton capacity at DLRL area, Make of lift : UT LIMITED. ii) Godawari bldg lift - 1.0 ton capacity at DLRL area, Make of lift :KONE ELEVATOR.

Outsourcing of services for operation of goods lift for one shift of 8 hours i.e.., 0830 hrs to 1630 hrs (one operator) for building as mentioned below, at DMRL area. i) Main Bldg - lift of 1.0 ton capacity at DMRLarea , Make of lift : UT LIMITED. ii) Mian bldg - lift of 1.5 ton capacity at DMRL area, Make of lift :KONE ELEVATOR

Outsourcing of services for operation of goods lift for one shift of 8 hours i.e.., 0830 hrs to 1630 hrs (one operator) for building as mentioned below at DMRL area. i) New Admin Bldg - lift of 1.0 ton capacity at DMRL, Make of lift : Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd. ii) Analytical Bldg lift of 1.5 ton capacity at DMRL Make of lift : OTIS.

Note for Srl item Nos 6 to 8 :- (i) comphrensive maintenance includes all minor, major and consumable repairs and replacement of Spares/parts etc(comphrensive maintenance does not include repair/ replacement of car door/car cabin, ARD, Mother board, Drives. (ii) Lift inspection to be carried out by govt approved lift inspector once in 06 months & documentry proof to be submitted. (iii) Comphresensive maintenance to be done by Original Equipment manfracturer only (OEM) and also aggrement copy to be uploaded. Note for manpower employed through contract for Srl item Nos.1 to 5: (i) In case of requirement, tradesmen provided for one area may be utilized in other areas at the discretion of the department without any extra cost to department as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Rate quoted is deemed to be included for leave reserve/Off of the staff employed. (iii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of uniform, Shoes, Helmet, Belt and insulation gloves for tradesmen employed. (iv) The necessary Tools & Plants shall be provided by the contractor.

(v) Minimum wages to the employees shall be as per minimum fair wages declared by Govt., (vi) Each employee should be facilitated with adhoc bonus privilage as applicable in accordance with Govt Of India and the same to be deemed to be incuded in the quoted rate.Documentry proof duly signed by contarctor/contractor's rep and individual to be forwaded. (vii) In case of absence of operator, double the rate quoted to be recovered. (viii) All people empolyed are responsible for cleaning and mainteance of lift machine rooms, lift car cabins and other Misc lift equipments. (ix) The contractor will adhere to pay monthly payment cycle to the employees irrespective of RAR/Funds availability.

Note: The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India/State Government/Local body whichever is higher.
