Supply of Straight Through Heat Shrink Jointing Kit along with all required accessories for 3 C X 185 sq. mm, 11 kV(E) grade, XLPE insulated, double layer round Aluminium armoured, Aluminum conductor FRLS cable as per Scope of Work.

Supply of 1 C X 300 sq. mm. 33kV(E) grade, XLPE insulated, double layer round Aluminum armoured, Aluminum conductor FRLS cable as per Scope of Work.

Supply of 1.1 kV, 3C X 4sq mm, stranded conductor, PVC Type - A insulated, Extruded ST1 PVC Inner Sheathed, PVC Type ST – 2 outer sheath FRLS Type Single Galvanized round steel wire armoured copper cable as per Scope of Work.

Laying, Testing and Commissioning of 33 KV, 1C x 300 sq.mm and 11KV, 3 C X 185 sq. mm XLPE cable as per Scope of Work.

Execution of straight through joint / end termination of HT cable including necessary connections as per Scope of Work.

Laying of LT/ Pilot wire cable in the concrete cable trench.

Shifting, Installation, Testing and Charging of 12-Panel, 11 KV Switchboard from Harbour Control Room to IOHP Control Room as per Scope of Work.

Shifting, Installation, Testing and Charging of 5-Panel, 33 KV Switchboard from Harbour Control Room to IOHP Control Room as per Scope of Work.

Shifting, Installation, Testing and Charging of 02 nos. RTCC, 01 no. ACDB, 02 nos. DCDB Panel, 01 no. Battery Charger with 55 nos. Battery, 01 no. SCADA Panel with all accessories as per Scope of Work.

Shifting, Installation, Testing and Charging of Indoor type, ONAN, 11/0.433kV, 1000 KVA, Dyn11 Distribution Transformer as per Scope of Work.

Shifting, Installation, Testing and Charging of Indoor type 33/11 Kv, 5 MVA, Dyn11, ONAN power transformer and Remote Tap Changing Cubicle (RTCC) panel as per Scope of Work.

Preparation of lightning protection system of the roof top of building & interconnection with earth pits as per IS standards including required GI flat of size: 50 mm x 6 mm, nut & bolts, etc. as per scope of work.

Preparation of earth pits for lightning protection system with supply of all materials including 3 m long, 100mm dia X 4 mm thick perforated GI pipe, charcol & sand as per Scope of Work.

Preparation of body and neutral earth pits for equipment Protection purpose interlink with protection grid with supply of all materials including 3m long, 100 mm dia X 4 mm thick perforated GI pipe, charcol & sand as per Scope of Work.

Preparation of earth networking grid system of equipments & interconnection with earth pits & transformers inside the Substation as per IS standards including supply of required GI flat of size: 50 mm x 6 mm, nut & bolts, etc. as per Scope of Work.

Internal wiring, plug point, power point and Illumination System of the extended new building of IOHP 11KV Control Room as per Scope of work.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 x 8.5 TR Ductable split AC for 33/11 kV Control Room including all required materials (including ducting), as per Scope of Work.

Retrieval/ relaying of old LT/ HT cables as per as per Scope of Work.

Preparation of GI cable tray with structure including all required materials as per Scope of Work.

Lifting & placing of precast slab with deployment of lifting crane, tractor, hire & running charges of all machineries, fuel, lubricants, operator expenses, manpower, Gate entry fees, loading & unloading both the ends, placing in proper position on cable trench, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Precast slab size (2.20 m x 0.50m x 0.15m) as per Scope of Work.

Supply and laying of 300 mm Reinforced Concrete Hume pipe for crossing of HT cables as per Scope of work.

Supply of all labour, material hire & running charges of machieries for horizontal direct drilling (HDD) across the road of required diameter as per the cable size including supply & laying HDPE pipe of approved quality without disturbing/ damage the road & road berm in different width for laying electric cable as per Scope of Work.

Dismantling brick masonry in cement mortar above 3m height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50 m with supply of all labour, T&P, Plywood for temporary covering etc. complete cleaning the debrises including leads & lifts transportation & disposing at specified place as per Scope of Work.

Filling sweet sand up to 300 mm height including collecting, conveying by private trucks/dumpers within a lead of 40 km (avg.) and all lifts with covering at the top to prevent spillage of sand during transportation, loading at one end & unloading at other end, spreading and laying in layer in cable trench after laying of cable with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, all taxes, royalties, running and hire charges of truck/dumpers including gate entry fees etc. complete as per Scope of Work.

Note: We hereby confirm that the above quoted price is inclusive of all taxes, duties, cess etc. and all other incidentals like transport, insurance etc. excluding GST and a firm landing price at Paradip Port Authority.
