Taking down of chowkhat with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) area n-exc 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.00 above here-in-before but area exc 1.50 Sqm but n-exc 4.0 Sqm each

Taking down of sutters of any description exc 1.0 sqm but n-exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fitting lungs, hinges, lock strike plates etc completed size of frame 105x60mm made out of 1.25mm mild steel sheets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Providing cement concrete, Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face, pannels, commercial type on both sides including provision of suitable blocks for taking mortice locks, latches or other fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed of 200mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolt 300mm long with haps staple bolt type and fixing clips of sheet etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 150mm long aluminium handles cast type anodized complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for powder coated aluminium anodised window sliding type (2 x glass & 1 x wiremesh shutter) with and including 3 to 4 mm thick glass, stainless steel wiremesh fixing with necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, suitable anodised fittings such as, autolock, handles, including anodised aluminium frame, with one or more rebates and all necessary related items complete all as specified and directed.
