REPAIR AND RESURFACING OF CERTAIN ROADS AND ROAD FURNITURE AT INS HANSA UNDER GE (NW) VASCO.

Material and labour for repair to pot holes any depth, exceeding 30mm deep and area not exceeding 1.0 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminious primer at 5kg per 10 sqm, putting paving bitumen in premixed Bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 kg per 10 sqm blended with 0.09 cum of stone chipping of 0.63mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a tack coat/priming coat with bituminous primer at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen (VG -10) with mechanical sprayer over black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour premix bituminous macadam 50mm thick (consolidated thickness) laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using binder content of paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitumen ( VG-30) as binder content by weight of total mix using hot mix plant and mechanical paver as approved by the GE, rolled and compacted using 8 to 10 Ton vibrator power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Job mix formula for the semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be obtained from the institutes specified in the particular specifications. (ii) In case, as per actual design mix, the binder content by weight of total mix is less than 5.5%, price adjustment shall be made as per average rate of all the purchase vouchers for bitumen pertaining to the work under this contract. If total binder content as per design mix is more than 5.5%, no price adjustment shall be made for the same.

Providing and laying 2.5 mm thick (exclusive of surface applied glass beads) hot applied thermoplastic compound including reflector rising glass beads @ 250 gm/sqm area as per IRC 35 including leveling to uniform surface free from streaks and holes etc complete all as specified and directed. As per MORTH specification 803.

Supply and fix in repairs waterproof energy saving and ecofriendly solar road stud made of solid aluminium alloy shell powered by solar cells panels with colour yellow/red with working time 50-60 hrs after fully charged with brightness sensitive auto switch and high visibility LED's. Size : 125x 125 x 25 mm with shank 56.8mm complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs for rubber speed breaker of synthetic rubber polymer materials with high resistance wear & tear UV stabilized Black & Yellow colour combination with H= 75mm, W= 400mm, L= 500 mm and weight 20 kg/mtr with load capacity 30-35 ton. Fixing of breaker on road by using paving bitumen/adhesive and nails complete all as per manufacturer instruction and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs metal tubular delineator made out of abs round body fitted with 2 no 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red, and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA strip lines reflectors of model No DA972 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions
