Supply installation testing commissioning of 250 kva servo including 02 years AMC

Major repair of 250 kVA 3 phase Servo Controlled Automatic Voltage stablizer by the way of all Repair/replacement of Carbon Brush,Rewinding of transformer Coils with copper,Rewinding of Servo Chowks,Supply and replacement of C-digital type over voltage/High voltage Relay,Supply and replacement of filters, filteration of existing oil and refilling back,Supply and refilling of new Transformer oil,Supply and replacement of CT Coil 400/5 ratio with ammeter and P.T meter coil and meter of required ratings.The job also includes the transportation charges from site to Workshop and back to site including crane charges and re-connection, Testing and re-commissioning under the supervision of Engineer and technician of the service provider. The Service provider/contractor is required to Comprehensively maintain the Servo Stabilizer during the defect liability period of one year and shall be responsible for any major or minor repair or replacement parts/spare to be replaced as stated above.The cost is inclusive of T & P charges labour Charges, Contractor profit and GST.The contractor/bidders are advised to visit the site/workshop before quoting the Tender.

Comprehensive AMC of 250kVA, 3-phase 415 volts, Servo Controlled Automatic Voltage Stabilizers including weekly, monthly checkup of the equipment by the trained technician/Engineer by the way of opening the control panel tightening of all the connections, checking the level of transformer oil, filling the shortfall oil if required including cost of oil for proper maintenance of the stabilizer. The cost includes the repair and replacement of all the parts and Major Damage/ Overhauling etc. as and when required. (The Contractor/bidder is required to quote the rates properly as there are frequent variations in the system voltage which results the damage of the motor, relays, control circuits, Voltage regulators (dimmers) etc. and these parts are required to be replaced by the contractor during comprehensive AMC for Two Years
