Excavation in foundation ,trenches etc. in all kind of soil such as pick work, Jumper work, blasting hard of soft rock chiseling where blasting is prohibited or saturated soil, lift up to 1.50 mtrs stacking the excavated soil not more than 3.00 mtrs clear form the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1:3:6 ( 1cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1:4:8 ( 1cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm .so as to give a fair finish including centring ,shuttering ,strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

(a) Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters,buttersses,plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts.

(b) Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors,landings and the like floors etc,upto 200mm in thickness with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5sand:3 graded stone aggregate. 20mm nominal size.) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in :-

(a) Foundation and Plinth

(b) wall (any thickness but not less then 0.10mtr thickness.)attached pilasters, buttresses,plinth and string courses etc from top of foundation level up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1cement :2sand:4 graded stone aggregate. 20mm nominal size.) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in :-

(a) Suspended floor,roofs,landing shelves and their support balconies, beams,girder,bressumer and cantilever up to floor two level etyc. with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying Tor steel reinforced for R.C.C. work including bending binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providingin RCC Smooth Finishing of the Exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3 Sand)

Providing and fixing Cast Iron Manhole cover and frame(medium duty) 560mm internal dia metre total weight of frame and cover is not less than 58kg with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge at site.

Steel work in bulit up section ,trusses and framed work,including cutting,hoisting,fixing in position.

Laying and Jointing in trenches galvanised mild steel tubes [M] tube fitting.[Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for seperately.]

Precast concrete block masonary in Partition wall 10cm thick with solid block of approved size made of C.C. 1:3:6 in cement motor 1:3 and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:6(1 Cement :6 Sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement i/c curing complete. 600x600x750 mm size with 150mm thick wall of RCC 1:2:4(1cement :2sand:4 graded stone aggregate. 20mm nominal size.) complete with form work & 6 mm bar at not exceeding 150mm centre both ways.

Providing and placing in horizontal layers of filtering media duly graded screen and washed & cleaned as specified by the engineer-in -charge:-

a) Top Layer : Fine Sand (Eff. Size 0.20mm to 0.40mm & uniformity cofficient 2.00 to 3.00)

b) Second Layer: Coursed Sand 3 to 6mm

c) Third layer: Bazri 20mm to 25 mm

d) Fourth Layer: Bazri 6mm to 20 mm

e) Bottom Layer: broken stone 50 mm

Fixing 1.80 metre high fencing with 2.50 metre angle iron posts 300mm girth (minimum) 2.50 metre centre to centre with nine horizontal lines and two diagonals of galvanised steel barbed wire weighting 9.38 Kg/per 100 mtrs.complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing L-iron gate i/c locking arrangement not less than 90 kg double leaf complete in all respect size (1.80*1.20)mts.
