M&L for repair to pot holes any depth area not exceeding 1.0 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat VG-10 at 5 kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premix bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) with 8 to 12 tonne power roller depth of pot holes exc. 30mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc. 400 sqm exc. 50mm deep and not exc. 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for premix bitumen macadam with pavment bitumen (VG-40) mixed in fully automatic hot mix plant with bitumen binder content 4.50 % by weight of total mix laid by mechanical mixer paver /rolled compaced & rolled to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller (consolidated thickness of 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for premix bitumen macadam with pavment bitumen (VG-40) mixed in fully automatic hot mix plant with bitumen binder content 4.50 % by weight of total mix laid by mechanical mixer paver /rolled compaced & rolled to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller (consolidated thickness of 60 mm or less) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cakedmud etc, sweping with broomes and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bages to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG -10 @ 5.00 kg per 10 sqm with the help of mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for laying and consoliding bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidted thickness with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen VG-40 for 10 sqm area of road including rolling and compacted to required camber and gradient 8 to 10 tone power rolled (rate shall be included as top finished similar to dense bituminous carpating) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge. NOTE :- (i) Mechanical paver and vibratory roller are required (ii) In case there is variation in quantity of binder content as specified above in plus side due to job mix formula, No price adjustment for using more quantity of bitumen and if same is in minus then Rs. 33 per Kg of binder shall be adjusted in above quoted rat.

M&L for cleaning and preparing the road surfaces/existing or new painting of bituminous surfaces and applying 2.5mm thick road marking compound of approved quality using 8% mica with reflective thermoplastic paint confirming to BIS 3262 (1989) of temprature 160 degree celsius specified shade/colour laid down through fully atomatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads despenser, propane tan heater and profile shoe heater exceeding 10Cm wide complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old concrete surface including surface preparation of any description (Road side cement concrete kerb stone in ZABRA Pattern) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. (laid bedded and pointed in any mortar) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Demolition of concrete in ground floor and paving not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring / hardstanding finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) wet mix macadam (WMM), in two layers of 75 mm thick (each layer to be rolled and consolidated separetly) confirming to the grading given in table 400 -12 spread by mechanical mean and rolled by using 8-10 ton vibrator power roller over compacted surface as specified in clause 406.3.5 of MoRTH specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for providing premixed bitumen macadam with pavment bitumen (VG-40) mixed in fully automatic hot mix plant with bitumen binder content 4.0% by weight of total mix laid by mechanical mixer paver /rolled compaced & rolled to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller (consolidated thickness of 70 mm or less) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for laying and consoliding bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidted thickness with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen VG-40 for 10 sqm area of road including rolling and compacted to required camber and gradient 8 to 10 tone power rolled (rate shall be included as top finished similar to dense bituminous carpating) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.
