The durable table top must be made with a high pressure laminate with PVC edge. The frame must consists of round steel tubes of diameter 38 mm round of thickness 1.2 mm. Pre-treated and finished with epoxy powder coating of 60 microns thickness. Table top 25 mm particle board post-laminated with high pressure laminate, machine edge banded with 2 mm thick PVC edge. All corners must be straight and right angular. The boards must be thickness calibrated, with superior screw holding and high load bearing strength, with borer proof and termite resistant qualities. Modesty panels & storage 18 mm pre-laminated particle board with 2 mm thick PVC edge. Teachers Chair Stackable chair must be without arms and without upholstery and should be stackable. Frame: Should be tubular frame made of powder coated, round metal tube with plastic seat and back. All components must be in black colour. Frame must be made using round steel tubes 22.2 x 1.6 mm. Made from a combination of oval and round CRCA 153074 furniture grade tubes finished with epoxy powder coating of 60 microns. Legs should have nylon glides to prevent floor scratching. Seat and back - should be injection moulded polypropylene polymer (plastic) with fine textured surface. The seat should be contoured with ergonomic waterfall front for optimal comfort. All metal components should be pre-treated and finished with epoxy powder coating of 60 microns using the seven tank process.
