Supply and Application of 4 Layer SHR Waterproofing Coating System as per manufacturer application procedure on leaking concrete WALL surface by thorough surface preparation with high pressure water jet, having a pressure of min. 125 bars, followed by (a) Opening the cracks, and application of one absorption coat of nano-tech enhanced elastomeric waterproofing (NEEWP) emulsion having UV resistance having min. 50% solids, filling and sealing the cracks, (b) Over coating with 2 Coats of NEEWP+ Cement mixture as waterproofing coat having +450% Elongation followed by curing and (c) Top-coated with 1 protective coat of SHR Coating - pure acrylic based, UV resistant, non-yellowing, bio-organism resistant (anti-fungal, anti-bacterial) conforming to BIS STD IS 17218:2019 with Pull off Adhesion 2.8 Mpa, The material shall must have passed 2000 hrs accelerated durability test, and suitable for all types of cementitious surfaces, white colour, matty finishing, Thickness shall not be les than 120 microns using brush, roller, airless spray gun as applicable. The product should be certified by NABL Approved Lab and application is to be done by company approved applicator only

M&L for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/ 10sqm) including complete removal of existing treatment all as specified.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC coloured Sliding window Three track Area exceeding 2.00 sqm each made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net Opening will be measured for payment purpose.)

The window shall be a combination of casement & fixed type. Total area as a single unit shall be measured and paid. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.)
