Supply install, testing and commissioning in replacement LT Distribution Panel, Cubicle type, IP-56, outdoor type, factory fabricated made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet outer & 2mm thick CRCA sheet inner of suitable size to accommodate all accessories / fittings, compartmentalized in costruction to accommodate the incoming MCCB and TPN bus bars and outgoing feeders. The TPN busbars of suitable size dully insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC / epoxy insulator . The extension links shall be supported on DMC/Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and outgoing cables. All extension links/ interconnection shall colour coded sleeves. The cubicle shall have frame work, bottom & 90 CM long four legsof size 50 x 50 x 6 mm Angle iron, grouted in PCC 1:2:4, 15 CM thick in foundation, Brick (sub class B) work in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding on top and grouting legs of panel 30CM below ground level and 60 CM above ground level, Rate for platform shall be included in the quoted rate, all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Exacavation for cable loops near the poles LT Panels transformers, cutting the damages/ burnt parts of cable and reconnecting to its positions complete with thimbles, nut bolts, sleaves all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried in ground vertical to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized GI strip of size 32 X 6 mm and 40 mm dia bore 7.5 mtr long light grade GI protection pipe for earth strip and GI watering pipe 40 mm dia medium grade from the top edge of earth plate fixed with deep cut on one end of pipe and fix from earth plate up to one feet above ground level of other end and plugged watering pipe at top with MS cap and grouted in PCC 1:2:4 of size 30 X 30 X 30 CM etc and 15 CM alternate layer of charcoal and salt around all sides of earth plate all as shown in electric plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009. Note :- All joints either strip to strip or strip to earth plate to be fixed with welded joints.

M & L in replacement of MCCB Capacity 160 Amp 36 KA 4 pole adjustable thermal megnate release type with preader and aluminium lugs all as fixed in existing LT Panel.

M & L in replacement of MCCB Capacity 100 Amp, 16 ka, 3 pole adjustable thermal megnate release type with preader and aluminium lugs all as fixed in existing LT Panel.

M & L in replacement of MCCB Capacity 200 Amp, 36ka, 4 pole adjustable thermal megnate release type with preader and aluminium lugs all as fixed in existing LT Panel.

M&L in replacement for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with numeric, letters in \hindi, English and including local language and conventional skull and bones in signal red and fixed with MS Clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT, 20x 15 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Restrainging of ACSR conductor HT/LT by providing suitable proper sag all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair of LT stay assembly comprising of 7/3.15mm galvanized MS stay wire of reqd length, fixed to poles with and including of FI clamps made out of FI 40x6mm and nuts bolts washers of suitable size MS stay bow 14mm dia galvanized 40cm long MS galvanised stay rod threaded with nut 16mm dia 21 Cm long with washers MS stay plate galvanized 230x30x6mm incl necessary Excavation and PCC all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge

Supply and laying in repair GI steel tubing, 80mm bore, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads / along pole / wall for protection of Cable / GI wire / GI strip etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide & not exceeding 1.5m in depth for and getting out in type of soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified

M & L in replacement of out door type aluminium bus bar chamber feeder box of cap 300 Amp , 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts of size 90 x 60 x 45 cm including incommer MCCB 300 Amp 4 Pole with extended front operating rotary handle, made out of 3.15 mm CRCA Sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enameld paint over a red oxide primer and fixed and supported with anlge iron grouted in PCC 1:2:4 upto 0.60 mtr high from ground level and 0.40 M below the ground level all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note : Contractor is responsible to produce drawing and take approval before placing order.
