Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burryingng and burning etc.,Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Picking 5 cm to 10 cm old metalled surface and sectioning - 1 sq.m

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20A

Providing and laying including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at Optimum moisture content and hire fuel charges for powerroller, watersprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing dangerlights etc. comp for base-course and side berms.

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method)

Providing and laying WBM 75mm compacted thickness using Grade II metal using one cubic metre of 75 – 22.4mm IRC size HBG metal with 0.24 cubic metre of gravel of blindage per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges for stacking spreading road side and stack to them departmental gauge including all labour charges for spreading metal and sand gravel mix hand packing to compac watering with all leads for water and compaction by 8-10 tones power roller including hire charges and fuel charges for power rollwr water sprinkler and all other tools and plants employed barrcating etc.,completed as per clause 404 of M.O.R.T.specification.

Providing and laying WBM 75mm compacted thickness using Grade III metal using one cubic metre of 63 – 11.2mm IRC size HBG metal with 0.24 cubic metre of gravel of blindage per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges for stacking spreading road side and stack to them departmental gauge including all labour charges for spreading metal and sand gravel mix hand packing to compac watering with all leads for water and compaction by 8-10 tones power roller including hire charges and fuel charges for power rollwr water sprinkler and all other tools and plants employed barrcating etc.,completed as per clause 404 of M.O.R.T.specification.

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Applying tack coat over WBM surface (not treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bituminous emulsion per 10 Sqm. including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost of which will be recovered at the rates

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Bitumen modified cubes Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 25mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Provision of Rumble Strips with premix Bituminous carpet Provision of 15 nos. rumble strips covered with premix bituminous carpet, 15-20mm high at centre, 250mm wide placed at 1m centre-to-centre approved locations to control speed, marked with while strips of road marking paint. Rumble Strips = 3 X 3.0X 0.25 = 2.25

Road Marking With Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound With reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface:- Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35, The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORTH&H specification No.803

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under MGSMT including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost
