Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor for the following sizes with suitable legs, thimble, nut-bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed:-

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor double door type cubicle panel board suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 V, 50Hz, and CPRI approved, factory fabricated, powder coating with suitable gasket to make it dust / vermin proof, the outer shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet & MS angle section 50 x 50 x 6 mm frame, Inner shell shall be made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet, TPN Aluminium bus bar of rating not less than shell 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB with cable alloy. The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve including danger notice plate , PCC Foundation , all I/C and O/G cable (New / existing both cable) connections with end heat shrink termination sleeves & general construction comprising of the following:- Note: Taking out old cable of any condition as required for jointing / connection purpose from pole / panel box etc work are included in the item.

M& L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using necessary Eqpt /machine for crossing of Electric cable including pipe not less than 100 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure and vertical depth n, exc. 2 mtr and horizontal dia n. exc. 200mm and including getting out excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exc 1.50m from ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing earthing with GI earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5M below ground level connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6mm thick for earthing lead fixed by means of nuts,bolt,washers etc.of GI including earth test point complete all as specified in electrical plate NO 3 of SSR 2009 part 1 ,including salt charcoal dust and necessary excavation and earth work in any strata of soil, GI water pipe with 20mm dia.funnel & wire mesh PCC pit with cover frame etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Cost GI strip size 32 x 6mm upto 7.5 m length is deemed to be included unit rate quoted.

Supply & fixing PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed flat / round copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, multistranded , three core, 1100 volts grade for connecting from loop in - loop out box to street light fitting including suitable PVC pipe with fixing clamp arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 16 to 50 sqmm,Outdoor type including taking out existing cable with complete required work for cable joint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 70 to 150 sqmm, Outdoor type including with taking out existing cable with complete required work for cable joint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping / repairs of road / Path cutting etc.including provision of necessary form work, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling / taking down old U/S service cable/ UG cable any type/size any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement moulding compound street light junction box of size 250 x 250 x 160mm complete with shock and rust proof, front openable type and including suitable provision for three phase, four wire cable incomming & outgoing loop -in loop connection and including two no. MCB SP 6 Amp including fixing clamps and GI nut bolts and washers of suitable size and fixed on pole / wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for taking up / laying under ground electric cable or for pole etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Mechanical excavation is not allowed in this Stn. Only manual excavation allowed.

Returning and filling in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtain from excavated soil upto depth of 30 cm (8 cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255 1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Removing surplus soils to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm laid to the axis of the cable all complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing / laying in replacement 50 mm bore, steel tubing's galvanized, light grade with all fittings fixing along the electric cable laying in trench or pole / wall for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing / laying in replacement 100 mm bore, steel tubing's galvanized, light grade with all fittings fixing along the electric cable laying in trench or pole / wall for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for HDPE Double Wall Corrugated pipe of size 32mm inner dia and 40mm outer dia confirming to IS:14930 Part-II including necessary pipe fittings such as couplers, end caps, bend etc. laid in trenches / fixed to pole /wall with suitable clamps for cable protection complete for street light pole to pole cable etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cable route indicator showing " LT UG Cable" and route of cable with arrow made of CI in suitable eliptical/round shape and fixed on angle iron 40x40x6mm, 800mm long painted in Blue Colour with two coats of synthetic enamel paint cover a coat of red oxide primer duly embaded in PCC block (0.40x0.40x0.40)mtr including in ground and 0.15mtr above ground lable complete all as specified and as directed.
