REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT AND OTHER SIMILAR WORK IN KOTWALI ROAD KABUL LINE OFFRS ACCN AND OTHER B AND R II UNDER GE EAST DELHI CANTT

Taking down existing bitumen felt roof treatment/ mud phuska including cement mortar bedding or roof tile and cleaning the surface by brooming, wire brushing, removing grass and removing debris , grass etc outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Rate of this item is inclusive of disconnect fitment of water tank /solar heater/ E&M installation etc and refixing in the same position after compeleting of roof treatment.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in padding to roof to maintain the required slope and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L water proofing treatment of roof consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30 litre/sqm including preparation of roof surfaces (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm on plaster surface all as specified. (c) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.60 kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/sqm), duly sealed at over laps & joints with end laps of the 10cm and side over laps of 7.5cm by flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing liquid compoundcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Appling one coat Bitumen water proofing aluminium heat resistance paint on the roof as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for roof treatment applying PU & Acrylic based Elostomeric Coat in UV shafe having OVOC coating apply three coats over one coat of prrimer or as per manufacturer's instructions to protect roof over clean plastered surface inculding taking down existing bitumen felt roof treatment and cleaning the surface by brooming, wire brushing, removing grass and removing debris , grass etc outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for inserting APP membrane, concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth in brick wall.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing surfaces, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Gunitting work for RCC work as in columns, beam, slab, perapet, chajjas etc by removing all loose concrete on the reinforcement, cleaning the surfaces with wire brushes and reinforcement with sand papers than applying apoxy paint to rusted reinforcement and S&F welded wire mesh fabric size not less than 95x95x3 mm on the prepare surfaces and finally applying guniniting 30 to 40 mm thick (average thickness )with presure gun using 1 part of cement and 3 part of coarse cement incl necessary form work where ever required all gunnited surface shall be brought in complete geometric figure even in the guniting opration only complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Where new or additional reinforcement is required the same shall be paid for separetaly of this schedule as above.

M&L TMT bar mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 12 here-in-before but but 6mm to 8mm dia all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all qoins, arches, pillars, etc.complete all as specified directed ny Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement 4 coarse sand) furrowingthe under layer with scratching tool applying cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 ( 1 cement 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping coloured 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing & washing the top layer with brushes & water to expose the stone chipping and taking down old grit plaster complete all as specified pattern decided by Engr-in-Charge.(payment for providing grooves shall be made separately). Note:- Top layer of shade be of white cement using colouring pigment & stone chipping of desired colour as approved.

Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Taking down Cement/Grit plaster, any description on brick walls or on concrete surfaces including racking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick external ready mix plaster (as per manufacture' instruction) on brick wall or concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls, pilasters, cornices etc and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint 100% acrilic duly adding pigments to required colour, filling all the holes with wall care putty 1-2 mm thick and making uniform as required (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) smooth surfce over a coat of primer, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment upto plastered surfaces including preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and cornices and applying two coat of exterior grade acrylic emulsion paint over one coat of exterior base putty & primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge,thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 0.5 mm thick pre coated thick galvalume aluminium zink coated GI based corrougated steel sheeting of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering/glading to wall fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 2 mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc and similar work etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 8 mm thick Polycarbonate reinforced coloured plain sheeting fixed with coach screws and washers in roofs,vertical surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work incl. steel door, gate, window guard bars, grills etc.

M&L fabricated frame work as in doors /windows frame using Angle/ MS Box section of required size for making rebate to fix Shutter and other section with gusset plate rails, braces etc. complete drilled for fixing Door Shutter with MS Butt Hinges and hole for tower bolt, sliding boltetc or other covering door etc to be prepared for hanging with and including hinges all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Mild steel work as in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 including cutting etc complete all as specified. including dismantling of existing truss.

M&L for mild steel works as in grills and railing of Fe-410-0or Fe 310-0, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L PCC for 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching & for fixing railing, holdfast etc complete.

S&F in repair 20mm bore , CPVC confirming to IS 15778, SDR 11 pipe first Class with all fitting complete fiixed on wall, celling and floor incl taking down old pipe line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 25mm bore , CPVC confirming to IS 15778, SDR 11 pipe first Class with all fitting complete fiixed on wall, celling and floor incl taking down old pipe line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, wall ,aprons laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick granite slab (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, wall ,window cills cooking platform and the like, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shape of Granite laid over and including bedding layer of 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machnine cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 15mm thick 1:4 cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x300X7mm or 600X300X7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match on 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete.
