Dismantling of timber fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section frame work complete all as specified.

M&L second class hard wood timber scantling plain fillets square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads, sectional area exc. 13 Sq cm n.exc. 25 Sq cm secured with nails or brads complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured light shade Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding of cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350mmx 250mmx 7mm/ 450mmX 300mmX 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the surface including backing of 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 all as directed .

Taking down of chowkats with shutter (without taking of shutter from frame) n exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down of chowkats with shutter (without taking of shutter from frame) exc 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Resecuring or easing & adjusting of door shutter of any description without taking down exc 1 Sqm but not exc 2 Sqm including Taking down and refixing in same position completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of 2nd class hard wood, Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 35mm thick plain framed 2nd class hardwood, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 30 mm thick 2nd class soft wood glazed and skelton windows, ventilators shutters , open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage, etc, divided in to square with plain, chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.20 (b) as in windows complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tubes, as per specifications and drawing complete or as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L 0.50mm thick CGI sheets fixed to wall/roofs with two corrogations side lap, fixed with L- type or J type or cranked hook bolts and washers with grade of zinc coating 275, all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.
