Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard dense soil complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles including formwork complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type nominal mix C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles/road/plinth blocks of LT poles etc including fair finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE Pipe, ISI Marked IS 16205 Part-II, of outer dia of 77 mm and inner dia 63 mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable including all connected accessories like coupler, 'O' Ring etc, for protection of cable complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe of 120 X 103.5 mm bore (OD x ID) with coupler confirming IS 16205 Part-24-2018 for LT UG cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M & L for Cutting through existing road surfaces i.e. surfacing PCC soling etc, and making trench of minimum 500mm wide 100cm in depth along the cross section of road for laying of pipes or UG cables, including returning filing in, well ramming & removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc. 50 mtrs & repairs to road surfaces to match with existing specification after laying the pipes/cable etc complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F cable route indicator made out of 25 x25 x 4 mm angle iron, 300 mm long embedded in PCC block of suitable size with moulded lettter LT CABLE suitably incribed on CI circular plate 6 mm thick 60mm dia complete incl neccessary PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) block of suitable size and neccessary earth work and excavation complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparation of old cement based painted surfaces of RCC pole 9 metre by cleaning of deposited materials, and painting with one coat of cement base paint of approved make and colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for fault detection in damaged UG cables using cable fault detector/locator, vehicle mounted to accuracy of 2m for various locations inside Air Force Stn for UG cables of any size upto 240 Sqmm including excavation & earthwork in any type of strata of size 4x2x0.6m to visually inspect/repair the damaged cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair Digital 3 phase Voltmeter class 1 flush mounting of Size 96x96 mm Suitable for 240 voltage complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting of tree branches of any girth along HT/ LT OH lines & street light pole at a distance not less than 2 meter on either side of the pole cleaning of bushes and shrubes of any type along entire RM of pole.Cleaning /prunning should be carried out as and when required during entire running period of contract complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Penalty of one time quoted rate per running meter will be deducted if the over growth found along the pole.

S&F in replacement of Vertical type sheet metal enclosure MCCB DB TP 4 ways double door type including 100 Amps MCCB 4 Pole 415 V,16 KA incomer with suitable bus bar surface/concealed on wall and connecting with all connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement for MCB SP 06 to 32 Amps, 10KA breaking capacity 240 volts,50Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out of old LT pole any type and deposit to MES store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down the unserviceable any defective street/security light/flood light fitting LED of any type, make and wattage from the pole alongwith fixing arrangements complete, upto 400 watt capacity from any height of pole or building, servicing, cleaning thoroughly of the fitting including bracket, arm and pole fixing arrangement to make the fitting serviceable and refixing in position and testing for satisfactory functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. Note : (a) Spares for LED Driver shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. All other items of minor spares such as holders, PVC insulated copper conductor cable with in fitting of wiring and necessary bolts and nuts shall be deemed to be included in the item rate and no extra payment shall be allowed.

(b) The contractor has to depute his accredited representative with one electrician once in week or as demanded by department to carry out jointly checking of street/security lights in the entire area under AFS Tambaram (Main Camp) to ascertain the serviceability and repairs required. The item is deemed to be inclusive of the same.(c) The rate quoted deemed to included for cleaning of vegetation on the LT pole and Electric supply made available at the point of street light and necessary. LT jumpers shall be measured and paid separately. (d) The measurement for payment shall be made as per the actual replacement of accessories. (e) No extra cost will be paid to the contractor for T&P and tradesmen as required. (f) Taking down the fittings as required for maintenance for cleaning or minor repairs such as screws wires taking down etc the cost of same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (g) The contractor shall depute one electrician and two helpers on all working days in MES complaint cell for attending the complaint regarding the street/Security lights. (h) Contractor or his accredited representative is responsible to receive complaints from JE I/C and feed back of the same after completion of the job on daily basis.

M & L for brick protection to cable using old size sub class 'B' bricks, laid flat, dry butt jointed, laid lengthwise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old Junction box and S&F PVC junction box out door type of size 280 mm x 170 mm x 130 mm with front openable hinged cover complete with two number aluminium bus bars and one MCB 6amps mounted on porcelain insulator including clamps of MS flat iron with bolts and nuts to fixed on pole and taking down of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F replacement of aviation obstruction light fittings with 302 LED light with cast aluminium alloy poly carbonate red colour and connecting up and testing complete on top of the hill/tower/over head reservior and other buildings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Deployment of technicians to climb up/down any height for repair/replacement works with proper safety equipments shall deemed to be the responsiblity of the contractor.

Taking out old unserviceable UG cable & Supply and Laying LT UG cable 10 sqmm 2 core capacity 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed amoured, heavy duty, in trenches/walls/poles/passing through pipes with multistranded aluminium conductor including lugs/thimble/ferules connection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: [i] Earth work, excavation sand cusioning, bricks for protection, GI pipe etc shall be measured separately under relevant items of this schedule .
