Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting trees rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads upto 1000 mtrs .

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other sturcture comprising of masonry, cement concrete wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking the serviceable materials with all lifts and lead of 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 202

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, inaccordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankement location with a lift of up to 1.5m and lead up to 1000m as per techincal specification clause 302.3

Loosening,levelling and compacting original ground supporting embankement to faciliate placement of first layer of embankement,scarified to a depth of 150 mm,mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 for embankment construction & clause-305 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works(4th. Revision)

Construction of granular Sub-base by providing Close graded Granular sub-base Grading-III/SAND material as per table 400-1 ,spreading in unifrom layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) .

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the materialnwithb water at OMC in mechanical mix plant , carriage of mix material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base or base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to achive the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works.

Providing & applying Primer Coat with Btumen Emulsion on prepared Surface of Granular Base including clearing of road surface & applying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/Sqm using Mechanical meansas per clause 502 of MoSRT&Hl specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) .

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion distributor @ 0.20kg/sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per clause 503 of MOSRT & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th.Revision) [Output-3500 sqm]

Providing, laying, Bituminus Macadam (BM) with hot mix plant using crushed aggrgate of specified grading premixed with bituminus binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen , transported to site , laid over a previousely prepared surface with Hydrostatic Paver Finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level & Alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled Vibratory & Tendum roller to achive the desired compaction as per Clause 507 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works.

Providing and laying Semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory roller and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause-508 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision)

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 301 and direction of the Engineer in Charge (excluding cost of excavation and transportation to site).

Earth work in embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts transporting to site,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting at OMC by Vibratory Roller to meet the requirement of Table-300.2 as per Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specifications dfor Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) complet including cost,conveyance,Royalities,Taxes of all materials,all labours,hire and running charges of all machineries,T&P ,sundries etc. complete as per spcification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Fine dressing and turfing including transportation by mechanical means with all lead and lift and placing of turf in position and ramming with thapies and including watering and cost of all labour, materials etc. complete as per Clause 309 of MORD Specification and as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing of Retro-Reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide as per Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminum sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on amild steel angle iron post 75mmX75mmX6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and tenchnical specficatioon Clause 801(600 mm square) 800 mm x 600 mm rectangular

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing and fixing of typical MMSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing .

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY citizen information board as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 50x5mm mm thick, back plate duly welded with 75mm dia steel tubes back on edges as per drawings. The upper & lower plate will be welded with MS flat iron frame of 50mmx5mm. The steel tubes duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 600mm x 600mm x 750mm below ground level.All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexture 1700.1.

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometer stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical specification. Ordinary kilometer stone

Construction of Un-reinforced,dowel jointed M-30 Grade cement concrete pavement by semi-mechanized method over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement @ 350 kg /cum coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS:383,maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm,mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design,transported to site,laid with a fixed form or slip form paver,spread,compacted and finished in a continous operation etc , curing compound ,finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and as per clause 602 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th. Revision) (Taking output = 75 Cum)
