Complete servicing of the lift by way of oiling/cleaning of the lift components like guide channels,pulleys etc ,cleaning of the top of the lift car by using blower,checking/cleaning of the lift ropes,over speed governor for proper functioning.The job further includes car door alignment,landing door alignment for smooth operation of the lift,checking of electrical parameters of lift,loose connections if any,adjustment of lift parameters ,checking of automatic rescue device for proper functioning.

Complete overhauling of 26 passenger OTIS lift traction gear machine.The job includes Safe dismantling of the motor and gearbox.Inspection of all components, including worm gears,pinions,bushes,and bearings.Replacement of all defective/wornout parts such as worm gears, pinions, bushes,shafts and bearings by use of a chain pulley block,for handling the lift, during overhauling and then reassembling of the traction motor and gearbox followed by due lubrication of all moving parts and electrical rewiring and connection post-reassembly.The job includes final testing and commissioning of the overhauled machine for smooth operation.Any other item not mentioned but found necessary for reliable operation is deemed to be included

Providing and fitting of Drive fan,Auto Rescue Device Batteries 06 Nos (12V- 18AH), landing door shoes,Landing operating Panel Push Buttons & Cabin Operating panel Control Push Buttons. Any other item not mentioned but found necessary for reliable operation is deemed to be included.

Providing of CMC for 1.5 years (18 calender months) post repair and proper functioning of the lift as certified by concerned Engineer on Site.
