Provision for crossing of 600 mm i/d Sewer line by tranchless technology including all material and labour complete in all respects (NH 248-A ) .Providing, Laying, Jointing, Testing and commissioning of different diameters 12 mm thick MS pipe by Horizontal drilling method through steel plate confirming to IS 3589 suitable for welding joints with epoy paint (250 micron) on external surface across road by trenchless technology at a required depth i.e. 3.00 meter upto 4.50 meter the job includes excavation of trust pit and receiving pits as per site conditions to perform boring and pulling including all tools and plants machinery all equipments like JCB, Crane, Generator, welding and cutting plant, all material, physical verification of utilitites by digging of holes, mobilization and demolisation of equipment and manpower, the work also includes arrangement for barricading the area, watch and ward and diversion of traffic, removal of surplus earth and back filling of pits as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.The contractor shall be esponsible for repair/payment of any claim from other department in case of damage of their services.laying 560 mm OD DN HDPE pipes (PE-100, PN -6) through 1224 OD MS Pipe 12mm thick casing pipe of MS casing pipe (Fe-330 grade) fabricated as per IS : 3589 of 1991 from steel plate confirming to IS 2062 Fixing of MS Spacer at a distnce of 2 Mtrs apart to avoid contract of casing pipe and carrier pipes complete.Village Bhondsi

SEWERAGE PUMPING STATIONS(SPS) Design, construction erection, testing commissioning of SPS and following components including OandM for 10 years after one year defect liability period and 3 month trial run period:- i)RCC Inlet chamber, Screen chamber, Collecting rectangular tank suitable for 6.00 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.00, landscaping of the campus complete in all respects.ii)3 No CI Gear Operated Sluice Gate with SS Spindle (SS 410) and seats (SS 304) (2 Nos. for screen and 1 no. for partition of collecting tank) as per design.iii)supply and installation of 2 nos. mechanical course screens of minimum lenth 5 meters for 6 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.0.(iv) Providing and installation of 5 no.sewerage non clog submerssible Pump Set of suitable Capacity (1 No for 3DWF,2 No for 1DWF and 2 No for 1/2 DWF) i.e. 1 no.12500 LPM 765 Cum/Hr, 2 no. 4200 LPM 255 Cum/Hr and 2 no. 2100 LPM 130Cum/Hr each having 15 mtr head complete in all respects alongwith all accessories, suitable size LT panel equipped with all safety devices, suitable automatic capacitor bank and submersible cable form LT panel to pump sets complete in all respect. K9 DI pipe of suitable dia at SPS Including welding and screwing of flanges, ISI marked D.L. fittings, Sluice valve, non return valves as per requirements even for bye-pass arrangements complete in all respect The connecting sewer of same diameter and material of construction, laid at adequate depth between existing sewers to newly constructed structures is included in the scope of work. As per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 2 No. High Mast of 9 mtr GI Octagonal pole of 4 m thickness (T=100 MM, B=200mm, Base Plate-320x320x20mm), Window at 500 mm from Base Plate with 6 No. LED energy outdoor suitable size reputed make efficient lamps on each pole, including 20 no. LED outdoor lights with Gl poles 7 mtr high including all accessories along the road and path complete in all respect. All the infrastructure except construction of staff quarter, and path ways/roads required to be executed at site to make the SPS functional is included in the scope of work for lump-sum job. All the pumping machinery, panel board, Level sensor etc shall be controlled by PLC andSCADA and shall be synchronized with PLC panels at SPS and STP site through broadband internet facility The size and quantities of all the above components will be as per approved structural /Hydraulic /Mechanical/Electrical design to be approved by Departmental before actual execution of work including OandM of 10 years after 12 months defect liability period and 3 months trail run period complete in all respect as per approved NIT.
