Ice Bank Tank (indoor type) with stiffening arrangement made of MS Sheet including supports. (fabricated out of MS sheets of 6mm thick for all sides & agitator plates and 8mmfor bottom plates and over all minimum tank of size 7.52 m x 7.0 m x 2.73 m in Two equal compartment of each compartment size of 7.52 m x 3.5 m x 2.73 m.)

IBT Coil made of M. S Seamless Sch 40. Spray Galvanized after its fabrication. (IBT Coil of 1,536 r.m.t per Tank(total length of 3072RMT) complete with necessary liquid inlet/outlet and gas inlet/outlet valves, Liquid feed assemblies comprising of Strainer, liquid solenoid Valve, metering Valve, isolating Valve, valved By-pass, pump out connection, valved & plugged complerte with Automatic ice limit switch)

Tank Insulation (100 mm thick (2 layers of 50mm each) heavy density thermofoam of 40 kgs/m3 for the bottom and 100 mm thick (2 layers of 50mm each) normal density thermofoam of 40 kgs/m3 for the sides. The scope of supply includes sufficient quantity of bitumen and a layer of tarfelt as vapour barrier for the bottoms.)

Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Insulation of cold rooms& blast room with 100mm puf panels, Doors along with floors insulation, fittings accessories and sealant and Evaporator Units. (a) Wall & ceiling insulation 100mm thick PPGI/SS 304 sheet thickness 0.5mm, Cyclopentane CAM LOCK type Puf panels having Metalic cam lock and Puf Density 40+2kg./m³. Including Cold room light system (minimum 02 nos.) and temperature indicators, protection railing 2” MS pipe etc., as per required complete in all respects with all accessories. (b) Floor Insulation with water proofing and dumping : 80mm Puf slabs with Bitumen and Tarfelt as Vapor barrier on both sides. Flooring with 4” RCC slab & Kota Stone. including drainage system as required complete in all respects with all accessories. (c) Door type and size 100mm thick – overlap type swing door fitted on a SS 304 Frame of desired measurement, in off white color. Door shutter will be fitted with gasket and operating handles for inside and outside, Locking arrangement with emergency push rod and alarm system.

Main MCC for entire plant including VFD for chilled water pumps, cable from main feeder to new plant along with trenches, etc complete asper specification. As per requirement including spare feeder for future equipments
