3120-JOB-HIRING OF TRANSPORTATION OF FURNITURE FROM BSO YARD GE ST THOMAS MOUNT TO NCC HEADQUARTER PUDUCHERRY

Labour and vehicle (Truck) for transportation of furniture items (details of furniture as per list att as appx “A” in Tender Document) from BSO furniture yard of GE STM to MD/OTM Accn of NCC HQ, Puducherry. Which includes lifting the furniture items from inside of furniture storage shed of furniture yard of GE STM Chennai carefully and loading into road vehicle and transporting safely to NCC Headquarters Puducherry and unloading the furniture items from the vehicle at site and stacking on ground and then lifting and placement of the same furniture inside of the rooms of OTM/MD Accn of ground floor or first floor or any floor of NCC Headquarters Puducherry without any damages to the furniture items safely as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note :- The furniture items to be shifted from the BSO Yard of GE STM Chennai to OTM/Md Accn of NCC HQs Puducherry without any breakage and damages to the furniture. If any breakage and damages occurs/found while transporting and shifting to the furniture items at given locations, bidder is fully responsible for the damages/breakages to the furniture items and bidder has to repair/replace the damaged furniture items with the same specification and design at his own cost. Department will not pay any amount to the bidder to make good to the furniture. Unit rate quoted in BID shall be deemed to include for all Labour and materials including arranging the furniture items inside the rooms (OTM/MD Accn) at any floor room wise and as directed by the Engr-in-charge/GE and all applicable elements to this effect, toll tax etc required for completing the Job at site.

Note:- Bidder has to submit a certificate that he has read all the terms and condition of the Job and he is fully aware of the Scope of the work and terms and condition of the Job.
