REPAIR/REPLACEMENT AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, MAN HOLES , SEPTIC TANKS , FILTER BED, ETC OF OTM AND MD ACCN AT ACHARYA ENCLAVE, THIMMAYYA LINE GP ENCLAVE ASHA COLONY, ROBERT LINE/ WEST/CENTRE AND BSO FURN YARD UNDER AGE B/R I OF GE (S) SECBAD

De-sludging and cleaning of septic tank, manhole, sludge chamber etc by manual digging out and lifting of concerntrated sludge including dewatering and cleaning, removing silt, sludge , sludge water and any other foreign materials and depositing the same into excavated pits exceeding 1.5m depth at places ( n exc 100m) as directed by the Engr-in-Charge returining and filling in excavated earth after depositing sludge including sludge water and sprinkiling bleaching powder over surrounding area and removing surplus excavated soil nearby areas complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Measurement shall be made for sludge incl sludge water.

M&L for Cleaning of all blockages of any type of sewage line ie branch sewer line, main sewer line etc, manholes of any size, section and depth, any situation by way of cleaning/desludging manholes by using any type either manually, mechanically or by way of any other suitable means including foreign materials as well as rodding of sewer lines and between successive from block manholes where required and ordered by Engineer-in-charge and keeping the sewage line functional duly cleaning trap, water closet, soil water/vent pipe, gully traps upto final drop free flow in to out let,septic tanks or central sewage system treatmenting in other adjoining Zone/Area or into sewage well (working in foul condition with taking precautionary measures) equipment as required or applicable and removing the sludge/material and depositing outside the MOD land complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE Approximate quantity required to clean per month in entire area as under: (a) 100 mm dia sewage line - 120 Metre (b) 150 mm dia sewage line 2000 Metre (c) 200 mm dia sewage line - 400 Metre (d) Manholes 1.0 x 1.0 Metre size - 220 Nos (e) Manholes 1.20 x 1.20m size - 80 Nos (f) EWC/IWC, Nahani trap, gully trap, floor traps - 200 Nos.

M&L for Cleaning of chocked sewer line of any description by mechanically driven vechile system and flushing with water for 150mm/200mm dia size of pipe.complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Payment shall be done based on actual ground measurement taken while cleaning blokage of sewage line

M&L for Mechanically pumping out sewage water from Septic tanks/sump well where required and as directed with taking precautionary measurers including tools & plants as required and removing to place out side MOD land from the site (working in foul condition) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Payment shall be done based on actual ground measurement taken while cleaning blokage of septic tank/ sump

Excavation in trenches by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for taking up/laying sewer lines and getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.05 above but exc. 1.5m and n.exc. 3.0m deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at alevel n.exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 100mm dia ( Salt Glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including PCC bed and haunching and removal of debris outside the MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.9 above but 150mm dia. complete all as specified and as directed.
