M&L for de-scaling and cleaning of condenser pipe chocked pipe, water circulating pipe lines ,valves, condenser (heat Exchanger) to cooling tower, circulating concentrated de-scaling solution (scale balaster -copper friendly chemical and neutralizer ) mixed with water in suitable proportion till the deposits/scale is removed to maintain required pressure, the chemical should be circulate through pump, cleaning the condenser and connected pipe and components (2/3 Units) of compressor by suitable size of drill rod, wire brush including dismantling and connecting all dismantled components in proper position after servicing/overhauling/greasing/cleaning and replacement of packing gasket 3mm thick, nuts, bolts with washer, testing of water line for leakage, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following AC plants :- Note :- Descaling solution should be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item of schedule "A"/BOQ. (a) Capacity of cental AC Plant (2x50 + 1x 50TR standby) Chilled water type at 25 MMPU

(b) Capacity of central AC plant (2x33 TR + 1x 33 TR standby) DX type at 26 MMPU

M&L for Servicing of existing cooling tower FRP type, of any description & in any position complete including dismantling all old connected parts/items line motor PVC filling, MS/GI pipe, sluice valve, stop valve, steel structure frame etc servicing, overhauling,cleaning, painting with one coat of exsting paint (approved colour) and fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective/unserviceable parts with new parts, reassembling the cooling towers and connected parts/items fixied in position for connecting to existing system and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Chrage complete all as specified and directed for the following capacity:- (a) Cooling tower of plant capacity 100 to 170 TR

Supply only PVC filling blocks of size 600mm x 300mm x 150mm suitable for cooling tower complete all as specified and directed. Make: - MIHIR/SUVIDHA/ AVIRATS

Supply only scale blaster-copper friendly De-scalling chemical (in 50 ltrs sealed packing) complete all as specified and directed Make:- Blue star /carrier/voltas

Supply only neutralizer to neutralize the effects of scale blaster (in 50 ltrs sealed packing ) complete all as specified and directed Make :- Blue star /carrier/voltas

M & L necessary tools/plants for finding leakage in condenser piping system and rectifinging defects including welding/brasing as necessary by arranging N2 gas for checking and oxygen gas for welding etc all as directed and testing for satisfactory operation of plant including refilling of refrigerant gas by the contractor complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The rate quoted against item is demeed to be inclusive of labour for filling of refrigerant gas, However the refrigerant gas is measured and paid under respective item under supply only.

Supply and fixing in replacement including testing of drier filter of refrigerant gas of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed. Make : Sporlain/ danfoss

Supply only water temprature sensor (LWP & EWT) a/w 5 mtr wire suitable for Blue Star AC plant. Make :- Blue Star

Supply of Refrigerant gas (R-22) Monochloro Difluoro Methane (CHCLF2) confirming to IS-5160 of 1983 (Make :- Mafron-22/Refron-22/Floron 22) duly filled in factory sealed cylinder complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of cylinder not to be included in unit rate quoted. The empty cylinder shall be returned back after use of gas.

Supply of Refrigerant gas (R-407C) (NonCFC) duly filled in factory sealed cylinder complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Mafron/Floron/SUVA POINT Note :- The cost of cylinder not to be included in unit rate quoted. The empty cylinder shall be returned back after use of gas.

Supply of Refrigerant gas (R-410) (NonCFC) duly filled in factory sealed cylinder complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Mafron/Floron/SUVA POINT (a) Cooling tower of plant capacity 100 to 170 TR The cost of cylinder not to be included in unit rate quoted. Supply of Refrigerant gas 134(a) (NonCFC) duly filled in factory sealed cylinder complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Mafron/Floron/SUVA POINT

Supply of lubricating oil (POE-320) antifreezing for refrigeration in factory sealed drum complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Danffos/Emerson/Indian Oil/Volvo line

Supply of Digital temperature, humidity and clock measuring insutrument with all accessories as per manufacturer incl setting & testing as required at site etc complete all as specified and directed.
