S&F in replacement galvanised steel tube, light grade laid along the pole / in trenches / under road or floor of size 100 mm bore including removing the rusted old one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for insulating mat for electrical installations, ISI marked of IS:15652 and of size 2 mtr x 1 mtr x 19 mm suitable for 11 KV system complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for HT cable route indicators made out of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) of size 15cm x 10cm at top and 20cm x 10cm at bottom with 50cm height fixed & erected on PCC platform of size 20cm x 20cm x 10cm grouted in ground, finish surfaces with rendering in CM (1:4) duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on both sides marked with "HT cable Route" complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type/ size from HT network complete all as specified and directed.

S&F post top insulator of 11 KV grade suitable for air break switch/ drop out fuse assembly with necessary nuts, bolts, washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement lightning arrestor expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class discharge capacity 65 KA, 11000 volts including taking down existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair/ Maint/ servicing of 33KV/ 400Amp GOD AB switch to make it properly functional by oiling/ greasing of mechanical operating mechanism and renewal of old rusted nuts/ bolts/ MS clamps/ handle and provide petroleum jelly between fixed and moving contacts including dismantling and replacing all the unserviceable part / spares complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The rate quoted against this item shall be deemed to include cost of petroleum jelly, renewal of worn out nuts, bolts & washers, binding wire and PG clamps etc complete as required for proper functioning of GOD switch. (ii) Cost of item required to be repalced for making GOD switch serviceable will be measured and paid under supply only under item No 10 here in after.

M&L for repairing / servicing of gang operating devices 11000 volts up to 400 Amps including cleaning, greasing all the moving parts and applying petroleum jelly at the contact points including dismantling and replacing all the unserviceable parts / spares complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The rate quoted against this item shall be deemed to include cost of petroleum jelly, renewal of worn out nuts, bolts & washers, binding wire and PG clamps etc complete as required for proper functioning of GOD switch. (ii) Cost of item required to be repalced for making GOD switch serviceable will be measured and paid under supply only under item No 12 here in after.

Supply only following items required for GOD switch under item 11 :-

Moving contact blades copper alloy (Male contact).

Fixed contact jaw copper alloy (Female contact).

M&L for identification of fault location of underground HT cable of any size or type with help of cable fault locator machine at site including removal of moisture content from the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate for arrangement of the machine for fault location is deemed to be inclusive in quoted retes. However, necessary excavation, earthwork, jointing materials will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of schedule.

M&L for taking out HT underground cable of any size or type from excavated trenches, repairing the same as required at site and relaying the cable after repair at same or another location as directed at site. Note :- Necessary excavation, earthwork, jointing materials will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of schedule.

Disconnecting and taking down HT UG cable from HT pole/ transformer and cutting faulty end portion of the cable, dressing properly and making good end termination, outdoor type with and including suitable size of cold shrinkable new jointing kit 11000 volts grade and aluminum lugs duly crimped with crimping tool for the following sizes of HT cables :-

95 Sqmm 3 core.

120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm 3 core.

300 Sqmm 3 core.

Disconnecting and taking down HT UG cable from HT pole/ transformer and cutting faulty end portion of the cable, dressing properly and making good end termination, Indoor type with and including suitable size of cold shrinkable new jointing kit 11000 volts grade and aluminum lugs duly crimped with crimping tool for the following sizes of HT cables:-

95 Sqmm 3 core.

120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm 3 core.

300 Sqmm 3 core.

Supply and jointing HT cable with jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable type joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminum conductor cable of following sizes of HT cables:-

95 Sqmm 3 core.

120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm 3 core.

Dismantling unserviceable cross arms, clamps etc and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, hooks and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for laying under ground cable, erection of poles and stays in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for laying under ground cable, erection of poles and stays in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and exceeding 1.5m but n.exc 3.00m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Srl No 20 here-in-above but in PCC / floor / road

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches / ducts in layers complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type 1 with peak size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning in repair, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC sheathed galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor ISI marked 11 KV grade (Earthed system) laid in trenches / on pole / in ducts or through sleeves of size 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling steel tubular poles of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged pole with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & washers as per IS 2713 (Part-II) 1980 made out of mild steel tubing, type 410 SP-55 (11 metre long) including marking pole No on pole including painting of poles with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminum paint (one coat before fixing and one coat of aluminum paint after fixing) over exposed surface and two coats of bituminous paint over embedded portion & the portion above coping shall be painted in alternative bands of black and yellow colour starting with white colour (each band of 30cm wide) by two coats of super enameled paint upto 1.5m height complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of steel tubular HT pole 11 mtr including cross arms, clamps, back plates etc in situ with one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint after cleaning/ preparation of surfaces including making yellow and black strips 30 cm wide 5 Nos with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and marking pole No on pole complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 36 here in above but for 2 pole structure including bracings.

Supply only electric rubber hand gloves 11 KV ratings complete all as specified and dirceted.

Disconnecting & taking out 11KV HT VCB of any description and any make of rating 400 / 630Amp, dismantling / opening of the VCB for preventive maintenance / servicing / overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable / defective parts including cleaning & servicing, greasing, oiling of the parts etc and renewal of unserviceable parts with new one, re-assembling the VCB after overhauling / servicing and its testing complete and renewal of following unserviceable spare parts of make as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed :- Notes :- (i) The quoted rate of contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and renewal of unserviceable parts with new parts. (ii) The new parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item as supply only mentioned here-in-after (iii) Servicing to be carried out by service engineer of OEM.

Dismantling air break gang operated switch vertical / horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism and removing the same from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing air break gang operated switch outdoor type HT 11 KV triple pole mechanically operated mounted on HT insulators horizontal/ vertical type as existing at site including MS galvanised steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level including operating rod of size 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for current rating of cap 200 Amps 11000 volts with locking arrangement, MS clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc including two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement drop out fuse assembly single pole 11 KV, 25 Amps rating complete with expulsion fuse element mounted on four / two pole structures including necessary nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of 11 KV, single phase indoor oil cooled CT of ratio 200/100/5 Amp, class 1.0/5P10, burden 15/15 VA for metering and protection insulation level 70/170 as per IS-2705 for outgoing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installing testing and commissioning 11KV (HSV 12 KV) oil immresed current transformer of ratio 50/25/5-5 Amp having metering and projecting core burden 15Va class 1 for metering and 5P10 for protection 13.1KA for 1.0 sec complete all as specified and directed. M&L Chemical earthing with GI pipe electrode 3.0m long having outer pipe dia 80mm & inner pipe dia 50mm duly filled with highly conductive and anti corrosive compound of required quantity having chemical composition Bentonite 40%, copper sulphate 20%, Gypsom 5%, Graphite 10%, Alum 5%, Zinc sulphate 10%, Aluminium sulphate 10% burried in ground by digging a bore of 150mm dia surrounded by soil friendly backfill compound non soluble in water including connection with copper strip 20 x 3mm, making PCC pit of size 0.3m x 0.3m x 0.3m (inner size) in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia MS TMT bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 8mm dia bar and testing on completion to achieve value not more than 1.0 ohm including writing earth value on earth pit cover complete all as specified and directed. Note : Copper strip size 20 x 3mm upto 7.5 m length is included in the item.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in repair of HT Underground XLPE insulated, screened PVC sheathed galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11 KV grade (earthed system) of size 300 sqmm 3 core laid in trenches / on pole / in ducts or through sleeves complete all as specified and directed.
