1] Railway reserves the right to procure the Tendered item from the manufacturers or their authorized dealers. Tenderers other than manufacturer should submit tender specific authorization certificate from the OEM along with the offer while submitting the Bid. 2) OEM or Authorized dealer of OEM with satisfactory past performance of supplying same/Similar machine to any zonal railways /production units within last 3 Financial Year and current Financial Year up to the date of tender opening shall be eligible for placement of order. The firm should submit documentary proof i.e R-Note,Inspection certificate along with PO,CRN of GeM Contract etc in support of their claim of credentials /past performance along with offer. In case the tenderers do not submit the requisite documents as detailed above along with their e-offer, the tender will be decided on the basis of their past supply performance records as available with ECoR [if any]. (3) In case tenderers participate as an authorized agent, firm should submit tender specific authorization from OEM. Then the performance as required above shall be that of the Principal authorizing the agent. It may so happen that the agent has credentials of past supply for a different Principal but this will not be considered as performance for placing bulk order in case of change of Principal. Note- A- Tenderers shall upload/attach clause by clause technical compliance statement of all clauses of technical specification. Deviations, if any, with reasons should be clearly indicated in the statement. B- Apart from above, Bidders must fulfill the Other terms and conditions as per attached Annexure of specification.

The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and [or] special Conditions and [or] other Conditions specified/attached with the tender.

The bidder confirms that Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance, and such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored. [Denial of this condition not recommended]
