TTPS EM III Annual Maintenance of LT SWGR Buses Modules Breakers Power Transformers and cleaning of SWGR room of AHP II during Unit V Annual overhauling period for the year 2024 25

Removal of top cover, hylam separators, cleaning and tightness checking of horizontal and vertical bus (front and rear) including' T'vertical buses 4 panel.

Removal of Size I type modules, External Cleaning and tightness checking of terminals, replacement of worn out parts, applying petroleum jelly to finger contacts, applying greas to the Modules, put back into original position and measuring IR value.

Removal of Size II type modules, External Cleaning and tightness checking of terminals, replacement of worn out parts, applying petroleum jelly to finger contacts, applying greas to the Modules, put back into original position and measuring IR value.

Removal of the Hylam partition sheet available in front of the vertical bus of the panel both front and rear side and refixing after cleaning in all modules.

Removal of L.T Breakers, External Cleaning, cleaning of grease, oil already applied, tightness checking of all bolts and nuts applying grease, lubricating oil and petroleum jelly wherever necessary checking of closings tripping mechanism and putting back into original position.

Cleaning of power transformer, opening of LT&HT Terminal Bushing cover, tightness checking of all Bushings, cleaning, closing of LT&HT Terminal Bushing cover, top up transformer oil Level if necessary and measuring of IR Value before and after cleaning.
