Earthwork in stoney earth and gravel mixed with stone boulders not exceeding .014cum in volume with initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods upto 5cm to 7cm size and laying in layers each layer not exceeding 0.3m in depth etc.

Earthwork in hard soil with initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods upto 5cm to 7cm size and laying in layers each layer not exceeding 0.3m in depth etc. complete.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost conveyance and royalty etc. complete.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. work including false works and dismentaling then after casting ,etc. complete.

Supplying and filling with admixing sand & moorum,laying sub-base in layers not exceeding 100 mm watering & compacting with PRR including watering,cost and conveyance of all materials as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concret 1:2:4 using 12mm size BHG CB chips including cost of all materials labour T&P etc. complete.

Cement concrete (1:4:8) with 4 cm. Down grade size crusher broken hard granite metal laying in 150/100mm thick ramming, compacting to proper thickness.,watering, curing.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4 cm. size black hard hand broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in –charge.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete having compressive strength at 28 days test not less than 300 kg/ sq.cm for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , including the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and excluding reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, and hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials with all labour,Labour cess and T&P required for the work improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.
