Cleaning and upkeeping of area along the road, residential and non- residential buildings including dry brooming of usable area (on daily basis/ once in fortnight), collecting of ash, garbage, polythene etc. as per instructions of the Engineer-in- Charge complete.

Collection and cleaning of garbage ash, house waste, colony garbage drain etc. and stacking at suitable places as per instruction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete, (once in fortnight)

Cleaning of septic tanks by removal liquid including removal of cover and refixing the same, digging pit at suitable places and disposal of sewerage, sludge, covering the same with soil as directed by Engineer-in- Charge complete.. Septic tank of 10 Users.Work to be done by mechanical means using all safety measures as per the prevailing Act.

Cleaning of inspection chamber including removal of slab, cleaning of soil pipe from WC pan to chamber, rodding, taking out waste and sludge including disposal of sludge etc. complete.

Removal of dead bodies of aminals including hurrying them at suitable place as per instruction of EIC. Cows and Buffaloes

Collection of House garbage from door to door of residential quarters and disposal of the same to a suitable place (nearby SLRM Centre) from colony including picking and sorting of legacy wastes i.e. plastics, glasses, iron pieces, polybags etc. and packing in bags and stitching all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. Contractor will has to take the signature of each quarter occupants.

Daily house keeping including dry brooming and washing with water for toilet portion rates includes cost of phenyle, detergent, harpic, acid, etc.as per requirement and instruction of the EIC.

Daily house keeping, i.e. dry cleaning of floor on daily basis rooms, verandah, common area and mope- up the floor etc. complete rates includes cost of phenyle, brooms, cloths, etc. as per requirement and instruction of the EIC.

Removing the vegitation and cleaning over roofs, chhajjas, spouts, rain water pipes etc. and disposing the same within a lead of 100m including plants and other unserviceable materials.

Cleaning of terrace / loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all hights with coconut brusehes, duster etc. removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfencing with bleching poweder @ 0.5 gm per liter capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning onthe side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complets as per direction of Engineer - in charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or balck paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre) ( if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contrator at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Trimming the trees by cutting the branches and disposal of the same outside the building campus as per instruction of the EIC.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m,as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation /banking excavated or stacked materials. All kinds of soil

Labour rate for mixing & spraying of chemical (K-Otherine 100ml 2.5% solution + 10 litre drinking water) in side of residential building (chemical will be supplied by the department) (One cycle in 30 days)

Assistance for regular dosing of PAC Powder and Chlorine in Filler Plant for 8 hours in general shift. One no semi skilled labour to be deployed for a working day.

Running operation of different pumps and valves for water supply (Minimum 4 semi skilled labour to be deployed per day in different points).
