Supply and fixing of ornamental post suitable for street/lawn lights made up of 65 mm dia GI pipe (Class 'B') of 4 Mtr including fine bend and arm arranagments with 300 mm x 300 mm X 6 mm MS base plate duly welded at the bottom with 4 Mtrs of 8 SWG wire compressed into coil connected suitably in welded bolt of pole above concrete level and with concreting and construction on Masonary pedastal with suitable FRP junction box consisting of door with fastners or lock and key arrangements including fixing bolts or other accessories and with supply and fixing of 30 W LED fittings (integral type) along with all necessary accessories (Philips / Crompton Greaves / equivalent makes) including supply and fixing of suitable MCB (500V) inside the FRP junction box and painting with suitable colour as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of outdoor metal box made with 3mm thick MS sheet with suitable L angle and clamp arrangement for fixing in the pole including 3 Nos 4P 63A MCB, 1 No. 63A Contractor and 24 hours Mechanical timer programmable switch, with connectors, neutral link on suitable angle iron frame work with cable entry and earthing connection arrangement.

Supply and installation of polycarbonate thermoplastic outdoor type MV panel Board containing 1 No. of 400 A 4P MCCB as incomer with CT coil arrangement & suitable internal wirings, 4 Nos. of 125 A 4P MCCB with external rotary handle as outgoings and 4 Nos. of 63A 4P MCCB with external rotary handle as outgoings, 1 No. of Digital Multi function meter, 1 No. of Timer Control Switch (24 hours) for controlling street lights and highmast tower lights, Aluminium Busbar with required length -4 runs and required RYB indicators. Suitable transformers for incoming and outgoing MCCB shall be provided. Suitable heavy duty MS channel arrangement at bottom for installing the above panel and MS canopy arrangement at top to avoid rain water entering into the pillar box shall be provided. The MV panel shall be supplied and installed as per technical specifications & standards as per the Annexure.
